Again FNB has failed me and my jids!!! I opened an account for 2 of my kids more than a month ago...ordering cards for them. 5 days turned out to be 30 days turned out to be not being able to give my kids bank cards to help them on holiday ...trying to help no one!!
This is absolute nonsense !! I have been banking with FNB for the beter part of 25 years. I'm closing all my accounts. I had to make payments today just to get a msg that I now suddenly after my business account has been open for 7 years have to have a card and that I am now limited to the amount that I can transfer or pay ?? No notification or messages just sorry...you can not pay your bills today why now ?I'm and forget 'bout phoning or their 'chat it's an dark hole where one guy points you to another... This is BAD....I'm moving all my banking to Investec !
I have now been trying to cancel my membership since February. I was willing to pay the cancellation fee then they said no..they will reduce my payment and come June/July I can cancel without any cancellation fee. I tried again to cancel April/June and they said they will get back to me!!! It's now July and they have deducted the full membership price!!! without getting back to me...and avoiding me... What do I have to doe to get my monies back and get Virgin Active to respond!! I have not even visited the gym the last couple of months!!
I got an sms from fnb stating that money has been reserved for an amount that I have not paid with my credit card this morning. I have tried getting in contact with FNB *****...but the line has now been ringing for 21minutes ? It's as if FNB do not care !!
I tried pulling a statement of the last 2 months vir internet banking. but can't Phone FNB....and after a LOOONG wait the guy told me that because of a setting on my account I will only get quarterly statements....ref:Rt23032267959 Really ? this is really bad...I would like to keep my default configuration on my account. But now I can not apply for a loan because my latest statement only goes til 3 Jan and FNB can not give me a statement from 3 Jan up til today!!l I also tried applying with and interim statement and "Account approval letter" but the financier said the other banks will not accpet it
I write this on behalf of my dad.... He is a Wealth client. He has a private banker - Walter Duminy. My dad booked a holiday and it seems like the email was fraudulently intercepted and the banking details changed. We have been trying to stop this/revert the payment since 9 April but Walter has been nowhere!!...doesn't seem to want to help at all. When we try and phone him....he is not available and the one time we got hold of him...he referred my dad to someone else. Private banking...even though your a Wealth client is a hokes!! Now after more than years of being with FNB my dod wants to close his account....but again, Walter is nowhere to be found and no-one wants to help him!!
I paid for pre-paid electricity and tried to get a place to send all the detail....FNB only credited my electricity with a 1/3 of what I paid...no where where I can correponde wth anyone !!!
We signed a fixed LTE contract(18621468), on top of our current monthly cellphone contract on 1 April. We have had NOTHING BUT BAD AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE from MTN. The sim was delivered (eventually!!) with no instructions. Plugged the router etc in and till today still no internet. went to the MTN store in Pretoria, talked to Mpho, and first it had to be activated, but it didn't work then "FICA" on an already Fica'd account nonsense... All was done from our side we are now going to pay a full month for 1/2 a months service. STAY AWAY
BestMed has deducted their monthly payment 2. I logged a call on their website(4 Jan 3268850) and hit has since been 'resolved' without informing me or telling me what transpired. The 2nd deduction also has NOT been reversed. More to it...I told them in the complaint that I have debit orders and that because of their deduction there will not be enough money left in my account...and now the debit orders has gone through leaving me with a lot of extra to be paid this month. They should fit the bill for this !!!
I order 2 types of wine. they phoned and told me they are out of stock of the one and will replace it with a similar wine even though it states that they have stock on the website. The lady that phoned me had no idea of the wines...!! I eventually got my order and not one of the wine that I ordered was delivered. Only the one that they replaced. This is pathetic. I'm now waiting again for a reply from them
