Incredible service from Outsurance Pet Insurance
We have had a rather traumatic year with our rescue puppy. Turns out she has a con******* condition which caused her back legs to be too straight and in the last year she has required two cruciate ligment operations. Luckily they fell within two separate clinical cycles so we were able to do both surgeries when the need arose. The service I received from Jarryd Reddy from the Pet Insurance department of Outsurance was absolutely incredible. I received such empathy (I was somewhat over emotional each time) and assistance, I couldn't have asked for more. I felt such relief both times that my needs, and those of our precious puppy, were being met. The assistance of the veterinary nurse on staff at Outsurance was also unbelievable. The first time it was Sr Henriette and the latest time it was Sr Michaela. Thank you to everyone at Outsurance who made these difficult times so much more bearable and one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend Outsurance

Pet Heaven excellent service
My almost 3 year old rescue has been diagnosed with a con******* condition which has resulted in the cruciate ligament in her left knee tearing and requiring urgent surgery. We decided that she needed a new bed which would be helpful for her to rest with no pain. We looked around and found a Sealy Orthopaedic bed for her at Pet Heaven. We ordered it online last Thursday evening and did an EFT payment. We immediately received a notification of payment received as well as telling us that the bed would be delivered before 1pm on Monday. Needless to say, the bed was delivered at 11.30am on Monday - just like they promised. I cannot be more amazed by the excellent service. Well done.

Genesis Medical Scheme good review
We have been members of Genesis Medical Scheme on a hospital plan for many years now and have only received excellent service. I have read a number of reviews about them on this site and am really surprised that people are complaining about things that would have been quite clear if they had taken the time to fami****ise themselves with the benefits relating to their chosen option. Also, Genesis regularly sends out e-mail notifications of important information and changes to the benefit options. I regularly recommend friends and family to consider signing up with Genesis.

Excellent service from Lifespace
I am completely addicted to online shopping and I have to say I have been relatively fortunate in my dealings with a variety of companies and have had no problems receiving my purchases. One company that has stood out when it comes to friendliness of their staff and efficiency of service is Lifespace. I have dealt with Nadine on a number of occasions and she is remarkable. Amazing furniture, decor, outdoor cooking, braai products and a whole lot more. Take a look, you will love what they have on offer. They are in Joburg and I am in Cape Town and my orders have been dealt with very quickly and delivered to me by courier. Excellent products and excellent service. Highly recommended

Amazing service from Woolies Dash
We used Woolies Dash for the first time today. Amazing. The app had everything we wanted, we were kept informed all the way through the process and our order was delivered by a very friendly driver who was 10 minutes early. We had ordered the delivery for 2-3pm on a Saturday and it arrived at 10 minutes to 2. Fantastic service and one we will be using regularly
