Here is a formal email you can send: Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Outstanding UI19 and Unacceptable Service Dear Mr. Flip, I trust you are well. I am writing to formally express my serious concern and dissatisfaction regarding the debt review removal service rendered to us. It has now been three years since we engaged your services and paid nearly R10,000 for the process, yet we are still waiting for the outstanding UI19 document. This delay is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the manner in which this matter has been handled is deeply concerning. I have repeatedly followed up, but instead of receiving assistance or clear feedback, I have simply been told to “wait” because your previous employee allegedly cleared the system. With respect, internal staffing or system issues are not my responsibility as a client. We paid for a professional service, and we expect the matter to be resolved accordingly. I therefore request the following: Immediate written confirmation of the status of our UI19. A clear timeline indicating when this matter will be finalized. A detailed explanation of why this has taken three years to resolve. Should this matter not be resolved urgently, we will have no choice but to consider further action. WORST PLACE EVER. They contacted me to work for them Temp after a week of working for them no Temp contract signed. The promised to pay me but after working for a week I had to beg for my money eventually when I got paid they paid me below the rate agreed and haven't paid me the full days worked. I would not recommend the company
useless services it takes nedbank 7 days just to open a bank account i still dont have any conformation nothing. Clearly they dont want clients with absa it to me one day
I left goods in the driver car. I tried to contact the driver on the didi app but now awnser eventually I got hold of didi customer service they struggled to geld hold of the driver for more than 4 days because they don't have his mobile number??? How do u appoint people without their contact number then later they confirmed they got hold of the driver and he has my goods then 3 days later no they can't get hold of the driver which means they lie to their customers and appointments strangers. I won't recommend them
What useless service no feedback at all.. I spoke to two Manger Morne and another one and all they do is give false feedback they don't get back to you leave messages and phone them but they ar always not available. Everytime you phone you speak to a different consultant and everytime it is a different till today 3 weeks later I don't have feedback
I have waited 4 weeks for a refund on my card. According to my bank they are waiting for Rentoza for the refund and when I phoned Rentoza they don't know anything about it.... They are balme shifting the bank is waiting for them and still no feedback
I am waiting for them for proof of reversal so that they bank can refund me and they just ignore me

We had some hick ups but Abdullah really went out of his way to help and resolve the issue. He followed up on my order afterwards well done
