I was at the Pietermaritzburg branch today at approx 13 45. I have engaged a few retailers froa deal on a Renault duster. New demo and used. On arrival I had to find someone to assist. The gentleman pointed a duster to me and left me unattended. I looked at the car and went back to him for more info. He said I should scan qr code which I went back to do. I then returned to him as no info was displayed whilst he was blowing up balloons. He refused to help me and said he wasn't a salesperson. I then asked him to get me a salesperson. He ignored me and continued blowing balloons with two other employees or we buy cars. I asked his name and he said I must go find out. I said I will have to fone through a complaint and he arrogantly said thank you. I took my fone out to take his Pic and he said he will smash my fone. He proceeded to say he was not my child. In retrospect he had me running at least three times though a warehouse on his instruction. I would like a call from his superior and a formal apology for this ill mannered, I don't care behaviour toward me. Maybe it was a race issue but this is not a healthy retail environment to step into. I did and still do want to purchase a vehicle. I have sold two of my vehicles to we buy cars prior. This is unacceptable behaviour
I am entirely fed up with numerous calls from this company. I asked for the supervisors number and eventually got it via a consultant who asked me not to mention they gave me the number . I called the gentleman who assured me I will be removed from the call list . I seems to have have been replaced on the list as I have once again started receiving calls at the most inconvenient after hours times . I have done work with this company in the past but will have to reconsider based on the telephone badgering I have been receiving
FNB General Complaint ref 2930206 been sent to Retail Service Recovery CSR@fnb.co.za. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours. I haven't had a conclusion on this matter but I now have received a "rate us " message as if the matter has been concluded . Money was debited from my business account apparently for my credit card account which was paid up and the amount debited was not reflecting anywhere . They called me twice as athe first person wasn't able to assist . I was told on the second call that they will request a recon which I haven't received since . They did sell me the credit card and a few other products on the premise that I use the credit card to double my ebucks . I have received almost R2000 worth odlf ebucks but was debited close to R6000 in 3 months . I was told the credit card is 30 day interest free so I mantained it well but stil was charged fees . I have a similar facilty with Nedbank but have never been charged interest or any other charges unnecessarily .
I bought this vehicle brand new. From day one had issues with haad brake arm loose , rowdy engine , starter lazy, plastics covers falling off., gears tight. Took into mccarthy 4 times and still not sorted out . Problem of starting is worse now than before. Car almost rolled with family in it as I stepped out almost ran over my foot. I have sent throughnumerous mails and did indicate I have no other vehicle , asked for a loan unit which was indicted to me by salesman Dash, then was told they dont do loaners. I was also told that there is no problem with the starter but when I received it on thursday my wife called me to tell me that she couldnt start it at all . These problems are persistent and I have spoken to so any other etios owners who say they dont have these problems with their cars. I spoke to mt saleman and he said I should call toyotasa. Did that on friday and still no reference number has come through fot even the call. I hsve much more frustrations however I am running out of text space. Pleaee assist me asap. They keep telling me that the starter is normal and the rowdy engine , then they adjust my clutch to make the gears loose. This is supposed to be a new hasle free
