RMA9247916 for order #BS54152. I have purchased shoes from Barestep twice before, the first time the size was correct, the second time the size was incorrect and it was exchanged without issue. In December 2025 I again bought shoes, the same as the first time, but this time the size was not the same and I had to send it back for an exchange, I had to pay an additional R200 for the exchange, they send me an email saying that they received the returned items on 21 January 2026, I have send multiple emails and have heard nothing since. No reply, no explanation.
My credit card has been blocked for the second time this year for FICA, I took my FICA documents into the bank in June and again in September, but my card is still blocked. I have called numerous times and also logged a formal complaint, but still this issue has not been resolved. It has been 3 months and I just don't know what to do anymore.
I have requested paid-up letters on two accounts that was paid in 2018 from FNB on the 27th of October 2025, 21 working days ago, I have send emails 3 times since then, and still haven't received anything. What must a person do to get service from FNB
We moved out of the rental house 6 months ago today, and still not one cent of our almost R10k deposito was refunded to us. When moving out there is always the one or other problem for not refunding your deposito.
I am sitting with accounts on my FNB online banking that is accruing interest and I have no way of cancelling these accounts as everything is blocked and has been since 2020 Covid 19. These accounts has been inactive for 4 years and has now prescribed, no one can tell me who to contact to resolve this issue. One account is CBS Legal RI and another Undefined, then there is a cheque account, an easy account and a savings account all totaling R22 447.36.
