I received a clothing voucher on my app and activated it beforehand. I planned to go into the store and use it, only to find that it did not work. The store manager called the call centre and all that could be done was a call was logged as IT doesn't work on weekends. If your IT doesn't work on weekends then you should close your stores on weekends. Also dealt with a rude customer services person who refused to give me the full reference number for my query and also no manager was present to rectify the issue from her side. I wasted my time, fuel and energy trying to redeem a voucher. These vouchers are a ****!
My service provider sent submitted a claim with an incorrect code and funds were taken from my savings. Its been six months and this is still not reimbursed. Andisiwe called me today but the line dropped and she didnt bother to contact me back. Highly frustrating!
Very quick to sign up but cancelling is a nightmare. This service is a ****!
Absolutely frustrating experience to check if a service provider is covered on my plan. I have called over ten times and cannot get through to a consultant. Not everything is available on the app!! You cannot get to speak to a human.
I have been trying to communicate with the support team of Dr Browns to raise my concerns on the quality of the bottles I purchased last year. They do not respond to emails at all. I am left with damaged bottles and no accountability from them. Will not purchase again.
Received the worst service from Discovery relating to a claim recently. A consultant Edward Pillay is dealing with this incident. The individual is extremely rude, unprofessional and really has no customer serving skills. When expressed that after contacting DH to confirm if a provider would be covered by my plan, another consultant failed to say that it would be covered from my MSA. Instead of checking first, he tells me about how well he know the consultant and doesn't think they would fail to disclose that information. He promises to call to provide feedback, calls twice right after each other, with no consideration that I might be unable to answer that very second. No follow up email, no phone call the next day. I had to phone DH again to follow up. The consultant has no respect for clients or their time. the second time, another consultant called to understand my experience and promised they would call back with feedback, again, no phone call, no email as promised. they phone when it suits them, days later with a terrible attitude.
Zero service available for Greenbacks Rewards, a service I pay for. Lucky made me hold on the line for 30 minutes and the call eventually cut. Did not call back. Useless service.
I requested to change my plan in December 2022. However, nowhere in the information received did it stipulate that this plan only allowed me to use service providers from a specific network. Once aware of this I immediately requested an upgrade to the Classic Saver plan on 4th Jan 2023. Discovery declined my request although it was sent only three days after the cut-off and no services were used from the plan. My broker has escalated the matter but Discovery is causing further delays (a week now) when the matter could have been resolved. Very very disappointed with the service received. There is no culture of care at Discovery. As a loyal customer for more than six years who has barely used the services, they could at least be reasonable and approve my request.
My return flight from Indonesia was cancelled and we were put onto another flight which results in a 20 hour layover in Doha. Flight Centre did not inform us of this at all. Spoke to a consultant named Sifiso Mngomezulu today and asked to call us back with feedback on what will be done to accomodate us in Doha during this prolonged period and got nothing from him or his manager Jarryd. Terrible service from Flight Centre yet again! You should not operate under these service levels!
Terrible service from dispensary today at Centurion Mall. Six people in the queue but only 1 was being served. After ten minutes of the person before me leaving the counter was I called up. I was told previously that my prescription was loaded on the system so I could return and retrieve the balance over the counter without althe script. Turns out this was never loaded and I no longer have the script. The pharmacist I spoke to today had a terrible attitude and asked me blatantly, "there's no script, what do you want me to do". I called the manager who had the same stinking attitude and eventually phoned to get a copy of the script and issued me with a portion of my script. I was spoken to as if I was stupid and could not understand English. When i asked for an apology from the previous so called pharmacist, I was made to wait for 10 mins until I left to where she was standing. She asked me, oh are you waiting for an apology. I said yes then she with a terrible attitude, again, I'm sorry. The manager sat next to her. Dischem, employ grown ups please! These useless so called pharmacists are unprofessional and not as smart as they think they are. Never going to that store of delinquents again!
