HORREBLE SERVICE A NIGHTMARE
Gooday The service is horrible its been days I have been begging them to delivery my sons Wi-Fi instead they are making me do their jobs they have been sending us back and forth telling we must call the courier as if we are the one who choose this courier when you call the courier they said it's not them who are delaying its the courier when you call the courier they said it's not them its rain they are waiting for them to do Require quality check on the product so that they can deliver even the courier is sending me back to them how pathetic is that I am like an employee between courier and them mean time their staff are seating the doing nothing who is reimbursing for my Air time calling them LEILA from rain is been assisting me but nothing is showing that is assisting Karabo ,Mayite they were also assisting from courier but clearly everyone is just getting a fat check for nothing .We even made double payment we are not owing them anything but still not getting the service we require as customer we are treated as **** and employed by them making me call between the 2 of its more than 1 week doing the same thing PLEASE IF THERE'S ANY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR WIFI HELP ME ITS GOING TO BE A SECOND WEEK WITH NO INTERNET ALL RAIN EMPLOYES & CCD COURIERS THEY ARE USLESS CANT EVEN THINK OUT OF THE BOX TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS THE COURIER WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO PUSH RAIN FOR BETTER SERVICE BUT NOTHING THIS ARE MY REFRENCES FROM RAIN BUT NOTHING IS DONE #44689918 #44760430 #44795892 ALL THIS ARE ESCALITION REFRENCES EVEN THEIR MANANGER ARE USSLESS ALL OF THEM

Good day I m a member of Saccawu I m not even sho how it works but we are paying them each and every month yes we do have our shoptuward but not even a single month will they come to us and check how are things going but we are paying them we are not even skiping a single month if now one is calling they are not even doing their checks atleast one after 2 months then if we have anyproblems we will address it with our shoptuward but at least we are not trhouging our money for nothing but even we have shoptuward you need to make time for us also y do we need to pay you for .just to scare the company that we have a union but its not doing anything for us this is really unfair to me I cant even remember when last did I see our union in our work place come on its been years I thnk last time I saw a union representetive 2013 if not early in 2014

Yolanda and Cecelia they were busy talking to each other there was no Que but they made us fill like there was a long Que with their friend talk we spend all most 20mnts for only three people when we were starting the Que and when we finally got to them I WAS PAYING WITH R50 FOR R8 socks she did not even border to look for a change or maybe ask down stairs or ask for supervisor she just looked aside and said we dont have change and my friend she was exchanging 1 one jacket she left the till to put the gown that she took back to the shelf she was called hey come and sign then she said to me or you can sign i asked her me she said yes and they haven't stop their cheat chatting with Yolanda . Yolanda was standing on the side talking talking talking Cecelia not doing her job busy talking you can even look at your cameras at 14h15 till 14h55 i went down stairs to report this they said the manger is on lunch as i was going out they were to security laid and 1 lady who works at the shop also slender with dreads on her head she said those 2 people are always complaining about those 2 but nothing is done about them is this how you train your managers and stuff the service stinks
