Their service is impeccable. they are always on time. The goods are always fresh and hardly out of stock.
I paid telkom R5000 on the 15th July via debit order. I queried this amount but anyway I made peace. On the 20th they debit my account again for another R2214 for what I do not know. They are useless. Do not take any contracts with them. No one has even bothered to respond to my previous review or queries!
I upgraded my device in May, a month early, and was quoted R1200 by the representative. However, my June bill showed a charge of R2929, and subsequent bills continued to show incorrect charges. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I've received conflicting information from various customer service representatives. The device's actual cost was supposed to be R400, but I've been charged an additional R2500. Due to the unresolved query, I withheld payment on the last bill and incurred R250 in late fees. The call center's unreliability, including dropped calls and unfulfilled callbacks, has added to my frustration. Given the poor experience, I regret renewing my contract with Telkom and would caution others about their services.
On numerous occasions I have ordered from PNP ASAP just for me to receive my order after two or more hours or the next day. Sometimes when you order it doesn't even show. The latest trend is you order at 4pm, delivery shows it will take place between 18pm -18:30pm but then after payment is made it shows you will only receive your order the next day at 9am There is no way to cancel the order, refund your funds or place your order somewhere else because pnp already took your funds and **** about when delivery will be. I requested the order be cancelled as I had to order elsewhere where I got my delivery when they said I would but they ignored my request and still chose to deliver the items the next day when I no longer needed it. I am not the only one complaining about this. Both my sister has experienced the very same thing from PNP ASAP just last week. I order from them because they're cheaper but I should rather stick to spar and checkers coz then at least I'll get my order when it's needed. Their service is pathetic.
I came to Nedbank Maponya at 10:39. I stood in a queue since that time it is now 11:35. The queue hasn't moved. There are old people, some need to return to work. No one has come and said anything or assisted us. I changed from another bank to Nedbank and was wanting to collect my card. If I knew this is the type of services Nedbank offers I wouldn't have changed. One of your employees when I asked what was happening told me that they're busy and no one is sitting around doing nothing. Her name is apparently Wandile and she was exceptionally rude.
We app**** for a business account, The person who assisted was Viwe Gqada. They sent us an email that we had some documents outstanding. We submitted the documents and haven't received any feedback since. We emailed the person numerous times and never even got an auto response back. We went to a branch in Southdale who told us they don't do business banking. We urgently needed the account as customers are paying into our personal account. This is causing problems for VAT purposes as well as SARS. Its not like Capitec is doing us s favor by opening the account.
I ordered groceries for supper at 16H30. Delivery was supposed to take place between 19H00 - 20H00. When I checked where my order was at 19H00 It showed delivery would be the next day between 9am-10am. I bought items for supper for my kids. I called customer care who told me to cancel the order or wait and see what happens. Canceling means I'd have to wait 7 working days for my funds to be reimbursed. I was already waiting for funds to be reimbursed from another delivery I didn't receive the Friday before. Pnp thinks we just have money to keep purchasing and not receiving our orders and waiting for our funds for a whole week. Not everyone has funds to keep purchasing things, not receiving it and then waiting forever for a refund. I had to give my kids noodles for supper thanks to PNP ASAP
On the 14th of Jan 2023 I paid my telkom bill because I tried to get everything paid asap. Telkom then after I had paid them, decided to debit my account and the debit never went through. This month I receive a statement with an additional charge of R202 for a payment rejection fee. I sent emails numerous times for them to correct this but to date no one has called me. I paid my account via their app, if they had debit my account it would have been a double payment. I do not want to pay the additional fee because my account was already paid. I want my bill rectified. I was charged additional fees previously for subscriptions I didn't apply for but left it because Telkom is useless as rectifying their error. Last time I had to resort to emailing their CEO to get an account from my name and credit record for services that was never rendered to me. Their service is pathetic and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I contacted Joanne regarding a concern, she responded promptly and sorted the matter within days. She was even kind enough to send me a few items in replacement of the one I had bought. Their products are fresh and delicious. I will definitely be purchasing from her directly, in the future. Not only are her products of great quality her service is outstanding.
I bought a Christmas tree. When I received it, the part where the legs go was already broken and there where no legs in the box, just the tree. I sent three emails and got no response. I requested to return the product, no reply to date.
