Order place in Aug still waiting for delivery in late October - no communication from Keebot just automated responses - have requested a refund - see how that goes.
Signed up in early April - had to send documents several times. Paid the "Admin" fee. Still no sign of installers. Gosolr does not answer emails. Would not recomment them. Think they have signed up too much work without sufficient installers.
Most appalling service I've ever encountered. Pay the money upfront - receive no internet - log a fault - receive a ticket - thats it No human interaction - no human call you - fault remains. Next month they take the money via debit order. DONT USE VOX TELECOM
Saw a strange transaction on my card received an sms, called the help line number provided in the sms - spoke to George - gave him id no/card no/cell no - he proceeded to load security questions - vague and obscure - when did you become a member of x cc. I sold the cc 20 years ago - I DONT REMEMBER ! - I was allowed two sets of questions - failed both - George then refuses to help me any further - I am advised can only call back tomorrow and probably fail another set of obscure questions. "Did you ever have a clothing account at xyz stores" etc etc - How do they know their answers are correct ? End of the day you used up your questions and the strange transaction on your card goes unreported and unanswered. It is the most unhelpfull of "help lines" there must be another way of verifying identity via banking app or sms message. Lousy service Standard bank what ever happened to a banker you could call.
