Hi there, would like to give a huge compliment to your wonderful staff. Firstly Nomthandazo wish I could click more then 5stars went all out, took instructions very well set up to our room was top notch . When i met her she gave me fat hug felts so loved and welcomed. Then went to breakfast star of the dish is Nadine what a lovely young lady welcomed us and went all out for us to feel home. House keeper lady I don’t know her name was so friendly made sure our room was top notch clean. All your staff really know customer service . Well done this was our second time in Hilton it now definitely our home. Thank you. My room was 1401 & 1406 for my daughter

Firstly Busa treated my case with so much respect and empathy towards what my complain was about. Worse service ever. Today I went to Absa Winifred Mandela which used to be called Nicolway was assisted by Shivani Ramlall I came to open a late state account had to leave the bank angry and not pleased at all. Firstly, when I handed her all the required documents I had with me not only did she made me feel I had *****ulent papers though the document had EQR Code she expected me to have QR Code on my phone. She took so long to assist me to a point I had to leave as my lunch was also up I couldn't wait any longer while she was still assisting me not even updating me as to what she was doing another client interrupted her talking with her while she was still assisting me at that point I was way annoyed. I lost my mother came to claim what the bank gave us for her loss ended up just leaving after spending an hour and 45 minutes with this lady and she also told me to go to where I started at Fourways. Now because of her bad service I left angry and have to go to Fourways Mall to be assisted as there .

Went all out to assist with changing my medical aid for 1 I can afford always went all out for me provided me with feed back now and then. She made sure change was smooth not stressful. Hi there Would like to give a huge compliment to Icebolethu manager Ree. He assisted me buried my mom this previous Thursday. Everything was excellent from moving my mother’s body to goverment mortuary to them from their branch in Selby to Eastern Cape . Ree went all out to assist me bear in mind I have never buried anyone let alone my pillar. From catering to tomstone to the actual burial everything was perfect. Thank you so much
Hi there, I would like to give a big compliment and gratitude to FNB and branch manager Nceba for assisting me with my funeral claim. My mom passed away on the 7th of April and Nceba the branch manager assisted me with the claim everything was so smooth. All departments of the claim staff was really trained, showed empathy and provided excellent service. Even the process of moving my mom from Joburg to Eastern Cape was so easy spoke to Tshepo & Nomusa about moving my mom back home. Driver aswell Mr Sithole was so friendly. I filled for claim on a Saturday , Monday claim was approved and money was paid to my account. FNB you are indeed there best❤️
I’m so angry and disappointed with absa funeral cover. My mother passed away on the 7th of April 2025. Filled a claim with absa Saturday, Monday I called them to follow up with my claim which I was told I’m missing one document which I quickly sent thru. No one is updating me with my claim I have to call a call center to get thru to them mind you I’m the one who lost a parent. No empathy or sense of urgency. I need to bury mom this coming Thursday and still absa is giving me a headech. Filled my claim with FNB it was a smooth process as they understand what we as a family we going thru. ABSA need to train their people who are working on this department as it clear they need training . I need to pay other suppliers and I have no money yet my mom made things easy for us for such times but still we struggling with absa. What a pathetic service. My no is 0747721651. Horrible service . Zimi from Northgate branch was really helpful. The relevant departmemt claim is impossible to work with. Please NOTE this complaint is not for NORTHGATE branch Zimi was so helpful . Would like to thank Elisa Ramorwa, this lady is exceptional. First i was not happy with the service i received from the school i wrote all about it on this platform, this lady went all out to assist me to resolve my issue with the service provided to me by the school. She did 3 things, First took countability. profusely apologized. went all out to keep her word. Elisa thank you from the bottom of my heart, you really handled my complain professional nothing as important as keeping you word to a client and you did just that. You are indeed a great asset to the Spark organization. Would definitely recommend Spark to friends if they keep people like you.
Worse school ever to exist in the whole entire world. The experience & nightmares I got from this school I urge every parent to really go through the reviews and check this school before registering your children's. Once you in this school you are indeed in hell. They only care about taking money from parents. Firstly, I was charged for late pickups my school driver did for past two months according to spark without being notified even for 1 month. I was billed R3000 on top of the school fees . Every month i will have anxiety as the bill will keep on being different from what i signed for. That Ntabeleng Baloyi is the rudest person to ever breath on this earth, she runs the finance department like taxi driver indursty. There was a month she wanted me to pay school fees twice had to send an email to her manager with supporting papers that i have already paid. This year my daughter was at their school for only 2months yet i paid for 3months which is jan feb march. They bill us 1010 for 7text books which you can get less than that at checkers, p&a yet we pay as parents. Decided to take my daughter out of that nightmare then comes my transfer letter saying I'm not owing R14 660 Lord how did we come to this amount when I don't owe them a cent. This school really need to be shut down . They also cant keep teachers. Parents get your kids out of this school.
