In the last three weeks, my car battery died twice. Each time, I requested help through the Santam app, and within 10 minutes, someone arrived to recharge my battery. As a single woman, I really felt looked after and supported. I was even asked, “Are you safe?” — which meant a lot. I highly recommend Santam for their roadside assistance. And the best part? I didn’t have to pay either time! Thank you, Santam! (And yes, I have replaced my car battery!)

<p>On 15 Dec 2016, I logged a fault on the landline. After more than 6 weeks of trying to get a technician to come resolve the fault, I cancelled the line. Now I am still being billed even though the account is cancelled. The dispute was rejected because "the fault is not resolved". One branch of Tlekom can't seem to speak to another. Shocking service all round. </p> <p>Telkom - if you are reading this, the dispute ref is ********** 1 - pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease resolve and credit the amounts charged for a service I didnlt receive. I can't keep calling the call centre to wait for ore than 15 minutes to speak to an operator. </p>
I had 4 Maxidor doors installed in 2013. In May 2014 I reported that the one was rusting badly. A Maxidor consultant told me that it needed to be completely replaced. Almost 18 months later, after sending repeated emails and calling Maxidor, I am STILL waiting. <br> Shocking service.
I bought a pair of sunglasses. The arms stretched and were falling off my face. I sent them in for an assessment - the glasses were collected from my work. Within a few days I received, via their courier service, a gift voucher to the value of the sunglasses. Thank you!
