I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from King Price. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic feedback on my query. Instead of being kept informed as a customer should be, I felt like I was constantly chasing for updates. Communication was slow, unclear, and lacked proper follow-through. I interacted with Aerton Helena, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating. There was no sense of urgency or proactive communication, and I was left feeling unheard and undervalued as a paying client. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely feedback, and professional service. This experience did not meet those expectations at all. I hope this complaint, posted on HelloPeter, encourages King Price to improve their customer service standards and communication processes.

After taking my car for service, they broke the bypass filter inside the filter housing and they didn’t inform me. Which led to engine light on my cluster.
Makro is ****ming me. I bought an item based on false advertising and initiated a refund. Their service provider collected the item on 21/01/2025, yet I’m still struggling to get my money back. Every time I call, they give me excuses and empty promises to escalate the matter. Absolutely disingenuous customer service. Avoid them
