My policy was cancelled incorrectly and I want it reinstated.
I made a immediate transfer to my nephew and it went through as a regular payment. I am so inconvenienced. It is not the first time its happened. I called Capitec and its like they do not even care!! I want my money back or the funds to be reflecting in his account

I have sent a complaint with Safrican in the beginning of the week to get my refund and have not been assisted. I do not have a policy with Safrican and yet every month I am being debited. Last month I wrote a review only to be helped after 2 weeks. Now, I am not even been helped at all. I will write reviews every day till you refund me my money
Again, Safrican debited my account! Again after last time it took them 2 weeks to refund me! I urgently want a refund and you to stop debiting my account.
I do not have a policy with Safrican anymore but they debited my account. I want my refund!
My friends and I visited Mentorskraal few weeks ago. This was not the first time I had gone there but the service this time around was exceptional thank you to our host Steven. We were not treated bad last time but no one was present. This time around Steven was there and he was just fantastic. He welcomed us, made sure we were settled and was literally a phone call away. I'm sure that's part of the service but he went the extra mile. He was there in 5 min when we needed assistance and because it was raining and we were all girls, he started a fire for us!! My friends enjoyed their stay and we definitely coming back thanks to him. Keep up the great work!! You are an asset to that place!!! Thank you for your exceptional, world class service!!!!
The fees are rediculous. R600+ just on fees for a cheque account. I called to downgrade to a savings account and have been transfered from piller to post. The last consultant just hanged up on me. Very unproffessional yet charging rediculous fees for such service! First it was the app that always has issues, that was never resolved until I had to personally go inside the branch. Now this. Old Mutual Protect - I am horrifed that I contacted you a month ago and my query has still not been resolved after you said 5 working days. I want my refund back and STOP debiting my account! I want all my monies backdated and paid to me in full. My call was transferred twice and was dropped twice!
