I bought MTN Zakhele Futhi shared back in 2016 and till this day i have not received any communication regarding my dividents payout. I believed that this investment was good as MTN is still making money, But now i regret investing as when i check my funds i have invested with are actually lower than what i have put. Running at a loss
I bought Shares back in 2017, I have note received any communications and no payments made thus far....
I have made an order with Temu and to my surprise duties to be payed are higher when I checked my receipt with Buffalo the courier company. I see things that are not ordered by me and some of my orders are missing. When I liease with Temu, I am told to contact Buffalo and when I contact Buffalo I am told to liease with Temu now no one want to take responsibility. I have contacted Temu and they suggested I wait for 15 days for the items to be returned back to them then they will refund me back my money but they don't promise to return full amount. I mean this is Day *******
I am so disappointed at Vodacom, have a fibre contract with them. Always pay my monthly installment on time, Have been a good customer and i am expecting the same service to be provided. I have app**** for a opportunity that will help me put bread on my table and all i need from Vodacom is to update my latest address on my statement so i can produce to my potential employer. When i called VODACOM I am told they cannot help me i need to wait for 30 days. In my case i cannot wait for that number of days as my application will be withdrawn if i dont produce the statement on time therefore i will loss out on the opportunity.I have emailed Jason.Duko@vcontractor.co.za the manager to assist and the call center agent byron.benjamin@vcontractor.co.za to give me an update on request but i am not receiving any feedback from them. I am sad that i will be missing an opportunity that will change my life because vodacom cannot update my address on my current statement.
I have been without internet since June 24, Called rain call center every day and they promised me the issue has been escallated. To my surprise the issue still persist with failure to resolve the problem. I trusted rain knowing that i will be working from home with less stress but no nothing has beenfixed ever since.
27 November 2020 i bought a Huawei P30 Lite 2020 at Vodacom4u.sandton with a deal price of R279 i did not receive a good service from the sales lady who was very upset when i changed my mind asking her to give me the black Friday special instead. I was then advised by a Lady store manager that the black Friday deal has issues as i could find my self paying a bill that is more than what i signed for dont even know how true is that.I then bought my phone with the deal price of R279 taking the line manager advise. The sale lady offered me a screen protector with a cost price of R200 i approved that she can put the screen protector but then she charged me twice for 1 screen protector. Had to drive back a week after to the store "Petrol" from the east rand to sandton to report the incident i told them and show the proof on my cellphone bank app i was told i will not receive a refund unless i bring a bank statement had to go to the bank to print a statement. I gave them the statement and a receipt for proof of payment and was told i will receive a call back. My phone was also not active on caller ID and i was told it will be rectified. Since that day i went back to that store until now i have not receive my refund back NO CALL BACK and no response on emails sent to the store they dont even take calls when i call the store. I need help as i cannot afford to go back to the store for me it will be the same that i am using the money i am claim for as i will be using petrol and pay for parking at the mall. Regards Constance
