Poor poor service by Vodacom
Vodacom Blue Route Mall , it just doesn’t stop with these people.Firstly try phoning them, number doesn’t work.Secondly have to go back for the 3 rd time now, eSIM doesn’t work and my wife’s phone doesn’t work.Why am I still with Vodacom?

Vodacom Blue Route Mall , firstly lets you wait in a line for 15 min and then once your get by the counter … then only telling all the things you need. If they told me in the beginning I need my physical ID card I would not wasted my time. unprofessional service

Very disappointed in Kenya Airways , receiving a email for an business class upgrade.Pay the money only for them to put me on a normal seat 2 rows behind business class.I could have sit there without paying any money…. What a ****!!!

Very Bad service by Radisson Red Rosebank
Well so disappointing in my stay at this place, had to wait 2 hour for my food. Trying to sit in a place after checking out waiting for my bus. Then being chanced out like somebody from the street by Kagoshima.This place will never see me again.
