Always late , always late , always late…always excuses.Thats what you get on this airline. If you can stay away.If you can walk rather walk but stay away.
Order something with Amazon telling me delivery will be on the Saturday , that why I order.Depivery taking place 4 days later then they said… very poor service stay away. Stick to takealot
Very disappointed in Kenya Airways , receiving a email for an business class upgrade.Pay the money only for them to put me on a normal seat 2 rows behind business class.I could have sit there without paying any money…. What a ****!!!

Well so disappointing in my stay at this place, had to wait 2 hour for my food. Trying to sit in a place after checking out waiting for my bus. Then being chanced out like somebody from the street by Kagoshima.This place will never see me again.
Issues with DSTV Now, can’t play my TV Shows in my LIST.This is now the 2nd week in a row I have problems…the only thing that works is the ads…. That we can watch
Really poor customer service ,try phoning them to resolve something.....good luck with that.
The worst service I have ever come across.Every week same problem with nobody trying to help or a IT person coming out to fix the problem.It just never stops.
Time to get a new service provider , Afrihost you pay but they never deliver what you paying for…. Every week I need to ask them what is going on with my fibre that is so bad…. If I test it my line is a 4/3 but I am paying 60/60 … stay away people
