I dealt with Monsurio Mallum when looking at a vehicle that was on special. It was not a straightforward purchase due to stock issues, and he and D went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I was so impressed with their commitment to customer service. Monsurio was not pushy, the test drive was very informative, and the writing up of the deal was effortless. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you for making it a super experience.
I placed an order for a laptop last week. Delivery said 2-5 working days. I have tried 3 times to get someone to note that I need the delivery by day 4 as from day 5 onwards, I will be away. There was stock in the region I live in. I have been told repeatedly there's no way to contact the warehouse to escalate this query. I find this absolutely unacceptable in this day and age where with most other major retailers, you can at least speak to someone who can take this request further, considering it's an exceptional circumstance. I would NEVER have bought from Incredible Connection online, if I had known their customer service department was still in the dark ages. Shocking service. My order number is: #301195311
I booked 6 rooms for the 28th Dec - 30th Dec 2014. 3 of the people were only arriving on the 29th Dec. I sent an email to enquire what the cancellation fee would be and was told it would be 100% cancellation fee. We did not proceed any further and kept the rooms. After an international flight on 28th Dec 4 guests arrived instead of 3 at 11.45pm (we needed 4 of our rooms). At 12am, the front desk called informing me that they didn't have a room for the 4th guest. I asked why and was told \we"had cancelled the 3 rooms and they were already re occupied (sold on). We had not. I was told it was not the hotel's problem and I should find local accommodation myself for the client (at 12am). I told them that it was THEIR problem and that they should find accommodation. They did so. At 12.44am I had to make payment to a 3* hotel nearby. We met with the deputy GM the following day who's attitude was \""it's not our problem"
