If i could give no stars i would. I recently got married and contacted events props for Hire SA for their special on their 360 booth in august. We agreed to have a contract and them to be at my wedding at a specific time which was for the entertainment of the guest during the canepes session. The contacted me on the morning of my wedding to state that the fuse in the machine blew but they making arrangements for another one. they need to come through 30 mins later which i was not impressed about as i had a very strict timeline for the day. They come through an hour later when the guest needed to be seated for the recpetion to beging and we asked them to come back at 7:30 as this was when dinner was being served and thought the guest can try and use this then as i had already paid for it. My brides**** called as they did not arrive at the third time change we offered to them and the manager was extremely rude to my brides**** we ended cancelling them as there was no longer a need to have them there. They needed to be there at the agreed time which was at 5pm and did not pitch. They charged me R1350 for this service ( R350 was travel fee) It took multiple follow ups for a refund, they still took their R350 travel fee though which i dont think they should have because we got new service or professional communication with them and i did not even get an apology, they did not render any services except for to make everyone else run around and accommodate them on MY WEDDING DAY. Please do not deal with this company they have no idea what proper service is, they have this special up on their facebook page, do not be fooled and think you will get good service from them, you will not. Absolute disregard to the fact that it was my wedding day.
We are regular customers at Rocomama in rivonia village and we have a special waiter that always tries to tend to us. His name is bafana and he is the best waiter we have come across. He is so energetic no matter what time of the day you come here. I want to compliment him on his excellent service all the time and hopes that this compliment reaches rocomama head office. I do think that his skills can also be used to train other staff at the restaurant and hoping that head office might decide to promote him soon. Thanks bafana for always making our visit to Rocomama rivonia an enjoyable experience.
If i can give them no stars i would! I would NEVER recommend using this company EVER! The service received from Picasso plumbing was almost non existent if not for me continuously calling and making follow ups. We lodge a issue with the property company on the 8th June, we was contacted 11th June from someone from the plumbing team to come inspect the shower and leaks on the 13th June, they arrive and this process seemed seamless other than the worker giving no indication of what the process was after he had completed his inspection. we had to call to find out what is happened, no communication until the 18th June ( Tuesday) they then come through at 10:10 ( mind you the appointment was for 8:30) they were two guys here, while one works the other watched. They broke the walls and some tiles from the shower and left without the proper communication. We had received no communication from the head office until 11:30 on Wednesday to say the guys did not finish the work and they need to come in at 12pm that very same day. We are at work, we can not just drop everything when proper arrangements where not made. they come through again on Thursday the 20th and break all the tiles in the shower floor, then they did not come with the correct equipment and had to leave the premises twice to get what they needed. they then left at 1:30 without any proper feedback other than we will receive a call for when the next team will come to tile and fix the wall. We have had to take leave from work 3 times due to this and this is still not fixed. We had asked for them to come through this Saturday which we received no response for. We sent an email only to receive a threatening one back. Once again i had to call to ask them what is happening and what time they will be here today ( Monday - 24th June) they said at 8:30, then called at 8:30 saying they will be here at 9 and as i type this review it is 11:20 and still no one has arrived. i had to make another follow up call only to find out that they only going to get the tiles for the bathroom now and there is no feedback from the maintenance guys that suppose to be here at 8:30. They are apparently only purchasing the tiles today when they have had the quote since the 8th June. The lack of coordination and communication is shocking to say the least This is the absolute worst experience i have had with a plumbing company. We have had properties before that in a day max 2 day it would have taken to complete this kind of issue and here we are waiting more than a week to get it resolved. I would NEVER recommend using this company for your plumbing issues. Save yourself the drama and find a company that is willing to communicate and make the proper arrangements, Picasso Plumbing is not the one!
Absolute ****! no response to emails or contact at all, i have been debited twice by 2 different companies called tracestick.com and belowhomes.com and they both confirmed i paid for service and not for a product. this is the worst thing. no reponses on facebook or messenger on facebook. absolute ****!!!!!!!!! There was no information about accepting a service, the payment screen showed the item you are purchasing. More reviews on trust pilot shows the same thing as well. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, they are ****s, they ***** and ***** you. pathetic @blinther!!!!!!!
Absolutely shocking service. All we need is for a receipt to be proceed for a payment that was made on the 9th November. Since the 9th November to date PPR systems have been offline, no matter what time or day you contact them, their systems are offline. I have called a number of times and they promise to call back but no callback is received, they say that IT is busy fixing the issue and when you call back again the system is still offline. I called today and was told to hold for more 5 minutes of silence and had to cut the call and call back only for the same individual to answer again and drop the call while i am speaking. My mother has also try to contact them on a number of occasions and they sing the same song every time, "the systems are offline". All we need is a receipt proceed for the payment made, so they sitting with our money but refusing to process a receipt to us! this is delaying us from starting to proceed with work.
I purchased a ticket for the german vs japan show on the 2nd July 2022 for the show on the 3rd July and included the incorrect email address, which happens to anyone. i tried contacting computicket numerous via the live chat, the whatsapp line, the chat bot,, via email, call center around 17h30 the Saturday afternoon to no avail. i attempted to contact them at every point even on the Sunday of the show eventually having to contact a checkers store to ask them to contact the service center this was a long drawn out process and no one at computicket could answer my calls due to their operating hours apparently. However when the staff from checkers contacted the call center there was someone on stand by, why cant a client get a hold of the call center for assistance????? i was eventually notified to purchase more tickets and a refund will be done on the Monday. this of course did not happen, i had to submit my bank details for the refund 3 times and was continually informed that it will be processed in 14 working days. Eventually on the 11th August i requested the progress of my refund and was told that the finance department has not yet processed my refund. the service is absolutely pathetic, no passion for customer service.
This review has only increased to a 5 star rating after my compliant regarding lack of service hit a very willing Manager desk at Optivest - Clinton Marney. I had been struggling to get my medical aid cover changed for the last 3 months and finally with the willingness and persistent behavior of Clinton, my dad and i are finally covered. He ensured that i was kept up to date with every bit of information he was providing to the medical aid as well as the outcome of each interaction, He was extremely patience with me throughout all my frustration and concerns. He went the extra mile to ensure that we was covered as we was previously promised. He provided us with outstanding service and he is truly an asset to Optivest! Thank you Clinton Marney, please keep up the excellent service and worth ethic you have. Management should be proud to have an inspiring individual such as him. Thank you!
