I want to give Joseph at Click Comaro 5 stars for excellent service and thank him for always assisiting. Everytime i have been there, he is kind, helpfull and always ready to assistm. If I open the dictionary at helpfull, friendly.... his name must be printer there.

Super service
I received 5 star service from Outsurance when my son was in an accident, from alerting on the app for a tow truck to to finalization of the claim. I pressed the alert on the app for a towtruck and within a few minutes i was contacted. I was kept in the loop at all times. It all went smoothly with excellent staff. ... Marthinus, Keith, Tiago.

Attempted deductions
There was attempted deductions made on my bank account. I don't have a DSTV subscription. Complaint on the website contact option, no reply or response.

Cannot rely on Capitec
I lodged a complaint about ******** deductions made by Amazon Prime and query was closed. The response stated, that if I was not happy with the outcome, I can respond to the mail within 48hours for escalation. I did provided proof from Amazon confirming the deductions are not for them and to date no feedback from Ronaldo Coetzee. Now another ******** deduction was made, after the request to block it was made. Even if Capitec should have found the deduction wasn't in error,why was the deductions not stopped or blocked?
