On the 26th of April, 2015, a driver of a white Golf GTI reversed into my vehicle crushing the whole of my left passenger door and fender. To complicate matters, the offending motorist fled from the accident scene before I could fully obtain his details. <br> I reported this incidence with SAPS the very same evening and to Momentum on the 28th of April through Kgaogelo 'KG' Masenamela.<br> KG took her time to understand the incident details. She arranged for my vehicle to be assessed the following afternoon. On the 7th of May, she contacted me to inform that authorisation for repairs had been approved. <br> Based on previous experiences, I am not exactly used to 'hustle free' and efficient processing of insurance claims hence I was hugely impressed with this level of competence from Momentum and this particular employee. I got better value of service for a smaller monthly premium than I ever got from my previous insurer despite the former service provider almost siphoning me into bankruptcy. <br> <br> Thank you KG and Momentum. On the 3rd of May I had a car accident, which I reported to Momentum through claim advisor Ms. Nomthandazo 'Awa' Mtaitsi on Monday the 4th of May. She was very curteous and understanding during the incident discussion, and even offered to call me back promptly to 'save' me from racking up call charges. <br> <br> She immediately arranged for me to take my vehicle to a designated repair workshop for assessment that very same time. I had the assessment completed just over 2hours later. <br> The next day she contacted me to inform that she had received the assessors report. And a day after, she had me collect my courtesy car from Avis Cape Town. On Friday, the 8th of May, my claim and authorisation for repairs was granted.<br> <br> Thank you for the exemplary and 'headache free' efficient service Awa and Momentum. I greatly apprecaite this level of efficiency and professionalism. I am a thouroughly satisfied client and believe you me, I have had my fair share of diabolic experiences with supper inefficient insurers in the past.
