I bought a VCDS hex 2 which turned out to be **** and didn’t work on the car it was intended for, hidden in the description on their site it’s has clone (meaning it is a **** counterfeit product) I enquired about buying a genuine 3 vin one from them and they said they don’t have that and we agreed on a refund if I retuned the counterfeit back to them. I did and they stopped responding after receiving item and didn’t issue a refund. The refund was only issue after I reported them to CPA ombudsmen. Clearly this is not a reputable place to buy from.

Failed to deliver parcel and then post a **** status, “Our courier attempted the delivery but was unable to complete it.” knowing that no attempt was ever made.
I recently bought a Samsung Series 9 85" TV and was a little surprised at the fact that the people sent to deliver the TV said they do not take the packaging away an I would need to keep it for 14 days in case of an issue, they then proceeded to leave the box outside my garage entrance on their exit. Further to this I was told I would be contacted by someone and mailed documents with respect to the additional 3 year warranty, this has not happened. ON THE DAY WE VISIT YOU, WE WILL 1. Unpack your product and take the packing away (if so requested) for recycling (no need to fill up your recycling bin). 3. Connect all your devices together then tidy and run the cables in conduit if you have requested for this when booking your installation. 4. Bought an Creality Ender 6, added a CR Touch and did firmware update (From Official Creality Website) , I was attempting to Print ABS and noticed the Part Fan cannot be turned off, contacted DIY Electronics after a huge waste of time and back and forth debugging if Creality have a firmware issue they came back with this response Regarding your printer, upgrading, changing or flashing firmware on the printer voids the warranty of the printer
