Vodacom price ****
Alcatel 2020 sells for R479 online but in store sells for R599, the online site is broken Vodacom is basically running a **** and ripping customers of.

**** products and will not refund you if they can
I bought a VCDS hex 2 which turned out to be **** and didn’t work on the car it was intended for, hidden in the description on their site it’s has clone (meaning it is a **** counterfeit product) I enquired about buying a genuine 3 vin one from them and they said they don’t have that and we agreed on a refund if I retuned the counterfeit back to them. I did and they stopped responding after receiving item and didn’t issue a refund. The refund was only issue after I reported them to CPA ombudsmen. Clearly this is not a reputable place to buy from.

UPS should be on of your last choices of courier
This status is the biggest lie ever, have not been contacted it’s just a way of deviating blame from *********** company .M. On the Way UPS initiated contact with receiver or importer for clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance. Kempton Park, South Africa

Samsung Signature Service, poor knowledge, poor service
I recently bought a Samsung Series 9 85" TV and was a little surprised at the fact that the people sent to deliver the TV said they do not take the packaging away an I would need to keep it for 14 days in case of an issue, they then proceeded to leave the box outside my garage entrance on their exit. Note that your own description of the service taken from (https://www.samsung.com/za/support/signature-service/) states that removal of packaging is an option. Further to this I was told I would be contacted by someone and mailed documents with respect to the additional 3 year warranty, this has not happened. ON THE DAY WE VISIT YOU, WE WILL 1. Have a chat with you about how you’d like your new products installed and or setup and offer some advice if you need it. 2. Unpack your product and take the packing away (if so requested) for recycling (no need to fill up your recycling bin). 3. Connect all your devices together then tidy and run the cables in conduit if you have requested for this when booking your installation. 4. Demonstrate the main features of your new products we have installed and or setup for you. (refer to table for products where this is included)

Terrible Aftersales Service

IStore no timelines for work
Renewed cellphone contract one week ago, gave them all the information and they confirmed everything was fine, contacted them via chat application today only to find application is not yet complete and only the consultant that started it can finish it, no other status available.

IStore Pavilion staff and Manager incompetent
Waited an hour at IStore in Pavilion for sales rep to sort out MacBook Air with student discount only for another sales person to question the qualification, she started making up he own terms saying did not include part time study, different from the T&Cs which I later checked. I submitted same information online for discount coupon and have purchased the item. IStore staff and manager whom was called at Pavilion branch incompetence, costing sales.

Updating Firmware from Manufacturer voids warranty
Bought an Creality Ender 6, added a CR Touch and did firmware update (From Official Creality Website) , I was attempting to Print ABS and noticed the Part Fan cannot be turned off, contacted DIY Electronics after a huge waste of time and back and forth debugging if Creality have a firmware issue they came back with this response Regarding your printer, upgrading, changing or flashing firmware on the printer voids the warranty of the printer
