<p>Every month i submit my readings with a photo to ********** then i recieve a reading captured sms with a reference but this is what happens after that, like for the month of may the submited reading was 88912 but when they send the readings to accounts someone changes it to 91112 they just add 1000KW beacuse they know someone has captured the readings incorrectly and have to refund me or credit me. this i found our from speaking to both departments which by the way blame each other,the accounts department tells me that capturing is suppose to send the picture with which they dont beacuse someone at capturing is entering a fake reading to balance their account although i send the pics every month i have a record of this month to month for two years now my average usage per month was 500KW now its 1000KW for no reason we even did the energy saving excersice at home its got to a point where i had to fire my domestic and now she can't afford to put her child in high school.. bill went from R1400/momth to R2500/month.. its such a shame and no matter what i try i just get the run around and reference numbers that mean nothing</p>
<p>We cancelled a contract that had passed the 24 months,, we had to remind them that they must stop debiting the account,,so we tryed calling after numerous attempts and holding for at least 25min we get through to some one.we explain the situation and that we want to cancel the contract but keep the number on prepaid they ask us to fill in the forms and we send it in but after two months we still being asked for money and threaned with number blocking because they could not debit the account,,,so so useless they don't have a clue what they are doing</p>
<p>Got a call to inform me about the annual increase then got passed on to do my annual review and ended up with a R150 Saving for being with them two years claim free</p>
<p>Someone with the same surname as me tried to register a second driver to my vehicle and Chloe called me to check if it was for me so within minutes we resolved the problem.</p>
