I was left stranded with no accomodation! My whole weekend was messed up! I made a booking online for accomodation at Iqhayiya Guest House is Durban Montclair but when i got there i was told that the guest house is fully book and they could not accomodate me! She told us that she told told them at Trivago that shes fully booked but they still took our booking. I was suprised because even after i had booked for my stay the house was still on the site showing that they are still takong booking so the owner of that place gave use R450 and told us to go to anotber place on chatsworth for the night and we will then see where we go the next day! So i plaid R1300.00 for two nights and was given R450 and stranded the whole weekend! I went online to check for people to assist me with this i got international numbers that dont go through! I want my money back!!
Im so ****ed ive been waiting for my car to be towed to my place since yesterday and when i called today they are telling me tomorrow! I dont know what game they are playingwith who cos im not their friend! The lady i spoke to said i should call the driver from first help myself cos he is suppose to deliver my car his name is Fattie and she gave me the guys number - i dont know how im suppose to call first help cos i have a policy with PMD not first help. Then after trying to call thos Fattie guy with no response i called PMD again and the guy -Bradley is now telling me the car hasnt been dispatched he will do it in the morning and mark it urgent! Now im confused since yesterday ive been told to wait the car is coming today they said it will be at my home before 12 midday then later today again im told first help offices are closed???? Wat is happening here?? I must say the service is pathetic!! I want my car back
I am beyond disappointed , the level of service is not what i expected from Eldo Coaches , i am still waiting for a call from the office and I still have nor received an sms from my bank saying that my money was deposited by Eldo coaches as per the manager I spoke to at the Durban office on the 07th of January 2018( what a way to start a year) ... I would like my money for 5 bus tickets to be returned to my bank account as promised by the manager.
I do not believe the level of service I am getting from Intercape lately, I was just told by a Consultant named Shana Jantjies that they could not help me at Intercape!!! What customer service is that telling your customers you can't help them?? really??<br> Like ?
