I visited Trumps Grill at Westgate mall several times, since it re-opned after lockdown. The first incident, they did not have stock, most meals on the menu were not available. I opted for juice and something light. Second incident I went with my kids and ordered drinks, when it was time to order food, they did not have meat. I have to pay for the drinks and go to Nandos with my family. The final incident is of today (02 December). I came in and order a wrap of chicken with avocado and chilies on the menu. The answer I received was that they do not have avocados as the supplier did not deliver. I later opted for half chicken meal, veggies and chips. When they brought the chips were full of oil and I could squeeze it of the chips. Chicken was not as the Trumps chicken we know. It was wet and not as well done as I requested. Trumps at Westgate mall, is not living up to Trumps standard, they do their own things. I am so disappointed. I have been a Trumps customer for over 10 years, but what I have been experiencing with Trumps at Westgate is shocking. I am out of words.
I Applied for a House few weeks ago. The banks came back to me that there is an extra loan appearing on my credit record and it affects my affordability. When I checked my credit record I realized that there is a loan taken on 25 September 2015, which states that I must pay R5000. I went to CAPITEC and ask them to give me a letter which states that I did not take this loan on the 25 of September and they should remove it on my credit record. After making various calls, the lady did not manage to assist and told me that she will handover a matter to her branch manager and try get some answers. I cannot wait for them anymore, as other banks need to receive confirmation of that I did not take that loan. I need an answer today, it is very urgent.
Dear Hello Peter. I took a loan of R8000 with Capfin in May this year. Last week Thursday (30 July 2015) I requested a settlement letter from Capfin. They did send me a letter,It was valid for seven days and I paid the full settlement amount to their account on Friday (31/07/2015). After I paid I realized that they have already taken the monthly installment of over R1800 for July. Agreement date for debits is on the 1st of every month. I was so shocked to find out that they've debited my account before the 1st. I want them to refund all my money, as I have already settled their account in full. Capfin is telling me that they will refund me R47 only. They drive me mad. I need my money back urgently. Failing to do so, I will take this case further. <br> <br> The worst thing is that they do not train their call centre agents. They do not know how the settlement thing works. I will not allow anybody to rob me of what rightfully belongs to me. I am a free South African and nobody can cheat me. They must vomit all my money, period!! I have no mercy.<br>
Dear Peter, two weeks ago I wrote to you concerning afhco Properties. I was misled by Alan Rappoport (afhco agent) to rent a shop with them, which cost me over thirty thousand of rands including fixing the shop. Afhco responded that they were investigating the case, they will soon come back to me. Until today, I did not receive anything from afhco. I am tired of their tricks. I need all my money back. Alan, even told me to leave the shop, I have it in writing. If they fail to resolve this case quickly I will involve media and my attorneys and their image will surely be exposed. I will not take this crap no more, enough is enough.
I applied for the credit card with ABSA two months ago. It was approved on that same day. However, 3 weeks later I didn't receive the card. I called to find out what was happening. Their call agents did not know. I was later told that there was an error with my application, I must re-apply. I did apply, as per their request. The credit card was approve after 2 weeks. They told me that they will call me to discuss the quote, of which they never did. I later called them and I accepted the quote. I was promised to receive the card in 7 days, but I didn't. Two weeks ago I received an sms saying the courier company was going to call me. They did not and I called absa again and they gave me courier service contacts. When I called, they did not know when they were going to deliver the card. I requested them to send it to Westgate branch, as per my original plan. Until today I did not receive any sms or call to collect my card. What makes me more angry is that ABSA send me a statement stating that I must pay R160 for May fees. How do I pay for services I did not receive. They are so incompetent. I will not pay them anything. They must keep their card and leave me alone.
I entered into lease contract with Afhco Jan 2015. Before I signed the contract I was concerned about the area where the shop was. Alan told me that there was no need to worry, the area was very good for business. I then asked him who was using the shop before and why did he leave. He told me that, the guy used the shop for 7 yrs & his business was doing well. He left because he was relocating to London. Hearing this, I had confidence and I took the shop. He told me that they were going to give me 2 months free to fix the shop. I used R10000 to fix the shop & I realized that the 2 months free thing, was not true. They just shifted the contract start date by 2 months. I was still going to pay for 12 months. Secondly, when I opened the shop, there was not even one item bought for two weeks from my stock. People from the area advised me to look for another place, there was no business there. In my research I found out that the guy that was there before me, was not there for 7 yrs and he is still in town. I met him & he confirmed that afhco misled me to take the shop. When I called Alan he was rude & kept on saying leave if you want. I want my R30000 back. They are crooks, period.
My Husband have been waiting for his study material for three weeks now. UTi Sun Couriers, did not deliver until now. My husband wants to prepare for his assignments and this will impact his year marks badly. I followed up with three different call centre agents, who keeps on promising to deliver the following day.<br> <br> On Tuesday I spoke to a call centre agent called Jazel. She also promised to make sure that we receive our books the following day. But nothing was delivered. We are tired of this crap service. I will advise people I know to never do business with this company. Last year my friend did not receive her books on time and she had to go to UNISA to explain why her assignments were late. They must deliver these books urgently or UNISA must cancel their contract. We can contact all UNISA students & vote for their performance and I know for the fact that they will get 3/10. I have never met so incompetent people in my life. They do not have good service and bad service is understatement on their case. When you call them, you can wait 40 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. They must close down and stop calling themselves a company, as they don't know customer service.
Hi, My husband paid for his study material three weeks ago. He waited for it for a week, seeing that nothing was happening, he went to UNISA in Florida Roodepoort. They told him that the material was already dispatched by a courier service company called UTI SUN COURIER. We contacted the company few days later and we were told that we were to receive the books in a day's time. a week later we made another follow up with courier company, a lady called Jazel, told me that the books were still lying on their floor & were never dispatched. I was angry at hearing this, as my husband need to prepare for his assignments, Jazel made a promise that we will receive the books the following day. She promised to call us to ensure that we received the books. A week is finished, we did not hear anything from her & we did not receive the books. I know many students who did not receive their books on time last year, due to this courier service company. UNISA Management does not care whether their students are being served well by this company. All they do, is to take our money and not follow up on the service of this company. We are tired of this crap, we need full explanation from UNISA.
