I would not recommend this fibre provider Eben if they were the only company to service your are. In April 2023, there was a 2week disruption in Cabling which affected a few areas that they had trouble locating and fixing, however at the end of the month I still had to pay my full debit order to vodacom as much as I tried to fight it with vodacom. Now since Thursday 21st sep 2023, my Cabling once again has been unable to connect since an area collapse. The are outage was fixed on Friday according to vodacom, but the problem is on vumatel side where they need to reset/reboot/activate my line again( I've had this contract since Jan 2023) , I have logged 3 calls through vodacom who have escalated this issue to their project managers & to which i have been told it takes 24/48hrs for vumatel to get back to the client/vodacom but because it's a long weekend both vumatel and the project managers won't get back to me, until normal work hours. The only people I can get ahold of are the techs through vodacom, whose hands are tied. Vumatel is missing in action, in the meanwhile the amount of rands I have to spend on data to keep my business going is running into the hundreds. I will let you decide for yourself if you want to take a risk and deal with vumatel/sadv. At present I'm looking at another service fibre provider that can pride themselves on reliability on a public holiday.

I bought a car 2years ago as a run around everyday mummy car. They lied about the petrol usage sticker which said 7.8ltrs per 100km on the windscreen but the car uses between 13&14ltrs per 100km! I have been trying to sell it for the past 6 months but all dealerships that inspect the car tell me that it has been in an accident and show me the evidence on the car .this wasn't disclosed to me by Northcliff cars I thought I was buying an accident free car! The consumer act clearly states that they should have disclosed this information to me. I have been told by the dealers that if a dealership discloses that the car was in an accident they won't be able to get finance from the bank. Don't waste your time!
The amount of disconnections on your internet line is detrimental to anyone who works from home, or even watches a movie. Under their advi*****t I increased my package to erase issue like buffering , downloading etc, but it seems like I traded 1 problem for another. Rather stick to the usual players of internet providers. I am on an uncapped unthrottled package, but I CANT EVEN STAY CONNECTED FOR 3 HOURS AT A TIME. I ASKED THEM IF THEY ARE THROTTLING MY LINE AND THE RESPONSE WAS SO QUITE I COULD HEAR A PIN DROP. WHATS WORSE IS THAT I AM ON A MONTH TO MONTH PAYMENT PLAN!!!!
