Despite challenging call conditions making it difficult to hear clearly, Devon showed great patience in ensuring I understood every detail.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get involved with this company NO MATTER WHAT. They will steal your money. They will keep debiting your account despite having cancelled the add-on feature that they fraudulently sign you up to. And your bank won't be able to reverse these orders. They will say that they cancelled your subscription but they will STILL debit your account. IT IS PLAIN AND SIMPLE THEFT. We will file a case against them today.
I have attempted 10 different times to buy one fucking song from your shit website. Every fucking time something else breaks. Initially my card was rejected because of an address field being incorrect, however it does not tell you which fucking address block is incorrect. Okay fine, I will try a different card I thought. I tried 3 different cards, all the exact same address problem. I re-entered my address in 30 different ways, no luck.<br> <br> Okay plan B. Add amazon gift card balance to my account. Great I manage to add 2 dollars to buy the song that I want, but you know what, it still doesn't work. The funds are already in my account, but I can't use them. I get this error: \We were unable to process your purchase with your current payment information. Your payment method must be issued by a bank local to the [URL Removed] marketplace"when I try to use my gift card to pay for the song.<br> <br> Thanks Amazon. In the time (more than an hour) it has taken me to attempt to pay for a single song"
I transfered some money into a savings account I have not used in a while and went to the shops to pick up groceries. I was informed at the ATM that I am unable to withdraw money, with no reason specified. I then proceeded to phone 0860555111 and was informed by a man - whose name I could not hear - that the account has been set to a dormant state due to inactivity.<br> <br> I was consequently unable to buy food for myself or my pets - and have been told this can only be resolved on Monday the 22nd.<br> <br> Thanks a lot bank. Sure was looking forward to not having groceries the entire weekend.
