I have bought a yoco machine the past year; used a different banking details now I want to change it; the yoco platform doesn’t allow me to, I contacted the yoco team but I have been tossed from pillar to post it seems they can’t assist they say I’m not the owner even though I have a profile of the company and the machine linked to their platform; I was asked to send FICA documents for verification but there is no joy; I’m currently on their online platform; agents are sending me to different agents passing the buck; I want to use this machine since most of my clients prefer card less and cashless platform for convenient but Yoco is not convenient for me, while I’m using their unreliable platform where it’s not user friendly. I’m frustrated
I have an account with Amrod, they have upgraded thier system to online that is convenient to us customers I guess, I made an order on the 19th of May 2023 and purchase over 16k worth of to be branded items. They require us to approve branding online and you first upload artwork online but their artwork department messed my artwork before approval and I was ignore from Friday until Monday, they then come and fix thier mess on the 22nd and promised to deliver my order on the 25th of May 2023. They come and say they have issues with my logos and I must wait to get my order on the 26 May 2023. I have already given my delivery date to my client for today the 25 of May 2023. The items are required for graduation of the 26 May 2023, the option to delay my order is not an option and their account managers ignored me and my calls, their managers work from home, their duty manager they don’t bother to help and fix the problem, account manager comes back and say they are busy they attend to many clients. I have already paid for the items. I was **** to in terms of delivery and service excellence. I’m treated like I’m nothing. Their customer services never say anything but seem to take note of my complain. They throwing suggestion at an eleven hour, my client is waiting. Amrod claim to be a leading branding company in Africa but very disappointing in supporting small business reputation but covers their own on the small business expense. Their departments seems not in coordination, the sales,artwork, and production work in silos. Very rude account managers and managers. They have loyalist program that I think is to monitor their big spenders so they can isolate us small business, by knowing who is there to keep and who can keep their cash flow. I’m sick and tired of being used by amrod. I’m still here at their woodmead offices with no solution I’m stuck, waiting for uncer*****ies. I have Sent emails to all the reporting line and still waiting.
Amrod promises and under deliver; their image of great service is just a lip and paper service but it’s not what they practice particular with small companies that bring less that R50,000 at go. I have purchased a gift-set of more that 180k and they sent me an artwork and I have signed the artwork; they promised the order will be ready in 5 working days the 24/05/2021 was suppose to be the collection date; on the on the 21/05/2021 that told me that they can’t do an item that I have already signed a job card for I either change my branding to suite their branding guidelines that have not work four days later; you can’t suggest a solution but must take whatever they give or tell you; I have requested them to release my order so I can go brand it somewhere and refund my branding money for the item not branded but I’m sent from pillar to post; they suggest what they want to brand but can’t take what I want to be branded. I have spoken to 11 different individual from different part of their management team and no one is coming with a solution but I’m posted to wait for someone to come and see me downstairs at their collection room and with no avail and they even can’t follow up on what their collection room are requesting. They only want money to come in but can’t follow up on services; why do you promise and do layouts if you can’t do what you say you can do? Why do you tell a client you will call them back let alone you will come and see them and not avail those options you promise to deliver; I have promised my client a delivery date based on their poor services so now I know; now I look unprofessional because of Amrod. You are told to do business with them you must earn tiers to unlock their services but they are the ones destroying your chances to get more business by hampering your reputation with your long trusted customers; I’m their customer but they don’t value me and what I bring to them in form of revenue stream I very disappointed with all the line of all people that are suppose to be your helping hand as they say when you call their offices that they will help you achieve in 2021 but instead is they seem to mean that they don’t care as long as you bring revenue to them. Their customer service is even worse I understand people work from home but those who promise you that they will deliver let them deliver. Even their own staff are not confident with what is being offered they even afraid to tell you what they suppose to say because it will turn as a disappointment. Amrod fix your brand and include or revisit your values it’s even worse when you have taken money from a small business trying to stay above water during these circumstance.
I have a standard bank personal revolver loan and credit card, I was retrenched in April 2020 due to COVID 19 pandemic impact and I have also taken a policy protection plan for both my credit card and personal revolver loan. I have claimed on the policy and it has paid for six months lump sum in advance for 6 months equivalent monthly amount that I was supposed to pay every month on both my accounts but the personal loan kees on debiting even though it has been paid in a lump sum of 6 premiums I contacted both the policy insurance and standard bank for assistance and clarity the policy confirmed that the loan department must ut a stop order as this has been an aid in advance and I called them and i was told that it will be done in June but in july the remium went through and i called again and event sent an email and i got a resond to give details on the exact months and amounts and i recieved a resonse that i will be relied in the next five working days also adviced that imust not send another email query 25 days past and on the 25th of August 2020 the debit went off again and i called again and getting transfered from one custumer service agent to the next with no help, i have been showed with insults and unprofessionalism and incompetence from those that were suppose to assist me i have asked for suprior personel and im always promised that i will recieve a call from one of them and such has not happened till to date, standard bank proud itself as a moving forward kind of a business but it is clear to me that they are not but ride itself of unresolved customer service to clients. I don't know who to call and get help because they suppose to be my one-stop service provider since this is their mess to resolve.
