Spam & poor service.

Mercedes Benz Bryanston. Spam called by service department survey and their service department won't help resolve and have told me to google it. Rude and very unhelpful dealership. Word of advise, Never give Mercedes your number! They will not stop calling!. Will never deal with this dealership again.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service and they do not disclose the entire history of the vehicles they sell. Once you pay for the vehicle, they stop communicating with you altogether.

HORRIFIC SERVICE

HORRIFIC SERVICE. 3 WEEKS and no resolution to my issue!!! Not a single staff member I have spoken to can help me. I have raised my issue with Client care, Store managers and even the person who sold me the chairs. Im running out of options as to whom to speak to. I cannot believe how a company can have such incompetent staff. More so when it comes to Quotations and Invoices. MY ISSUE IS SIMPLE.... Exchange the goods for the ones I require or give me my ### money back!!! The latter would be preferable as I am beyond frustrated. My story goes as follows.....I first tried to exchange the bar stool chairs I originally purchased for the slightly smaller kitchen counter chairs. Then I was told by Sibongile from customer care that in order to have the chairs exchanged I would have to pay a shortfall. This comes as a surprise since the chairs I am exchanging for is cheaper then the original chairs that I purchased. After three weeks and several emails and calls trying to explain that I had a credit, I then tried to get a refund. Work along with me on this one.... 4 bar chairs I purchased at 1299 each = R 5196 4 kitchen counter chairs are R1199 each = R 4796 Should be simple enough to see that there is a CREDIT? Or am I delusional? Sibongile literally told me that I had to pay in R261 for the chairs to be released? How on earth did she get to that figure? CIELO & WHECO GROUP.. Please teach your staff basic mathematics before they argue with clients.
