I have my regular services on my bakkie done at Hyundai, Zambesi. But I want to thank all of the service staff for their friendly ways, and good work done by the technician. Great work ! Thank you very much
I had an appointment with the audiologist at Spec Savers, Kolonade , Pta . She tested my ears and recommended an unknown set of hearing aids, AS. I tried it but from the first day I realised that I made a mistake to buy it. I rather should have stayed with Widex or other known aids. I went back 3 times but this lady just couldn't set it that I could hear properly. Every sound was like shouting through a pipe. Eventually I went to Spec Saver is Wonderpark Centre. That lady did a lot for me but still couldn't satisfy my hearing abillities. She even got me a test set of Widex which I used for 2 weeks with great success. However, when I asked her if Spec-Savers will take back this AS set, she just refused. So now I'm sitting with TOP QUALITY ******* for which I paid a lot. And it is of no use to me. I'd like to warn other people to think twice before going to Spec Savers for hearing aids. They might just stick to specs.
I had a data contract which came to an end about 4 months ago. I went to their shop in Kolonade to cancell the contract. The lady "did" it on her computer but couldn't give me written proof. End of Oct I realised that they still deduct the contract amount from my bank. I went to the shop again on 5 Nov 2022. The woman cancelled it again. This proove that she didn't do it on my the previous visit. Now I received a statement again for the full amount and will be deducted from my bank at end of Dec. What must I do more. Can Hellopeter please help?
About 12days ago I bought a thermometer from the Kolonade branch. From day 1, the readings were faulty like 13 and then 26 degerees within 2 seconds on myself. Last Friday, I took it back. The manageres told me to wait 10 minutes inside aroom before I can test, just a bulldust story. Today I took it back to return it and ask for credit. She, refused credit but gave me a "gift card" to the value of the R1299.99 which will now force me to buy other stuf from them. Well, I'm almost 70 and a new kid for us is in total out. I think this is bad bussiness practice and leaves a bad taste to any new customers. Be aware that they want to sell you stuff but after sales service is very poor.
