My attempts to reach MTN customer service to have my line unblocked for the past week and a few days have been unsuccessful. And since my account is in good standing, I am baffled by their problem.
It's been months now, they keep on saying the person in the house is going to move out. Am paying the bound and rent and no assistance from Renprop.
They haven't responded to me till now. Not returning my calls.
Am suppose to move in on the 13 March 21 as I communicated with the agent but when I arrive at the house I bought no one was there and there is someone staying in the house. I called the agent the whole day, never answered my calls and sms. We don't have a place to sleep with my family and we bought a house.
I have just taken a home loan with FNB. My home laon was approved on the 28 Aug 2020. And till now i have not received permission to occupy my house. Have sent email to FNB regarding update and why is it taking so long with no reply. Only the lawyers ( Du Plooy) are responding to my emails saying the only received my file in November while i accepted the offer from FNB 28 Aug 2020. Very bad service from the bank FNB. Please assist.
