3yrs later AMI hasn’t refunded me after they cancelled my trip
I paid in full for my trip to Dubai last year 2024 in May and paid for visas as well. I kept on asking Ami group of companies for my itenary and my visas . They told me that they can give those to me up to 10days prior my trip . In November they called and cancelled my trip because the prices and discounts they had offered me were too good to be true for the dates I had told them I wished to travelling on prior. I was given refund forms to fill in on the same day ( Nov 2024) which I did and they acknowledge receipt . To date I haven’t had any communication from them. Or my money back in my account . They really ****med me good
Called in and was helped quickly my premiums were even brought down
I took a month to month data contract in January for R99 and in April I recived a bill of R306 and I was told it was because I went over my limit which was a bit strange and I then wanted to cancel It. After weeks of trying to cancel , I wa la told that my contract was migrated to a 24months fixed contract in Feb after they apparently sent an sms to my data simcard which stays in my router 24/7. I then asked why wasn’t I given a telephone call on my normal line as per usual . I wasn’t given an answer . The migration was done without my consent and I would like cell c to explain how do they migrate a new customer without their approval. That in my books is fraud
Worst customer service ever, ordered a garment 2 months ago, paid for it in full and haven’t received it . Mike is not answering my calls , watsups, Instagram and Facebook msg. He is a scammer and is giving online shops a very bad name
<p>My group and I made reservations at village and life but had to cancel 3 months in advance before our arrival date. I was told we would get our refund in 2-3 weeks, we waited patiently . we are in the 5th week and no one is giving us answers, not the finance manager,reservations manager....all we are getting is that we should be patient out matter is being dealt with and we will get our refund shortly. they have been unfair as we canceled long before the arrival date and they are giving us the run around to ruin our holiday. I have even sent the director our problem and he also said"our refund has been processed and it will reach us shortly" and that was a 4 day ago response. if they treat potential customers like that....I wonder how they would have treated us had we actually continued our bookings with them . </p>
