What I like the broker for is the conditions they offer and trading central that helps to make informed decisions. I’m trading on a stp raw spread acc btw. The only downside is that MT4 platform is the only choice so far, which is good for forex, but still laccks new order types...
A company that is highly regarded by many but has the worst customer service ever. It is almost a year that I am waiting for a credit note to be passed onto my account for a claw back fee that they wanted to charge me for changing from their wireless network to their fiber network. The change was made on instruction from their technical department as the wireless network was extremely unstable. I have sent numerous emails to their accounts and complaints department and a year later this is still not resolved. They do not have the decency to return phone calls or emails. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
It is with utter disgust i write this review on the terrible service i received from Samsung for the past 2 month. Both myself and my wife have upgraded our MTN contract and got the new Galaxy S21 mobile devices. One of the promotional features with this specific model was the ear buds and a smart tag which we applied for whilst instore before taking delivery of our mobile devices. Both my smart tag and earbuds (even though the wrong color) was delivered to myself within 2 weeks. My wife and i have been calling 0860 726 7864 for the past 2 months trying to find out where her earbuds and smart tag was and the excuse given is that they could not find the home address, not too sure how this is possible as mine was delivered within 2 weeks to the very same address. I have even provided them with an alternate address and still no joy. I have spoken to Alaika Cassim, Micheal Bodlani and Bubele Matebani and none of them have sorted this issue out nor returned my call. If this is the type of service that Samsung delivers then its best they prepare for a decline in clientele, who will compensate me for the time and cost for all the phone calls made (at least 30 min a call) at least 5 calls made. Please advise if and when will this be rectified as the promotion was only till 31 March 2021.
I have been to your drive thru at Trade Route Mall Lenasia for the 2nd time this week. There were 2 cars in front of me so I would give or take 10 min then we should be done and leaving the drive thru. Got to the ordering point 5 min later from when I arrived, it took about another 7 min to get to the pay station. and then you wait and wait and wait and 10 min later you still waiting. What could have taken me max 10 min at another branch has taken me easily over 30 min. To my surprise the lady that took the order and payment was the one that had to hand my food over to me as well at the last window. To management of Burger King head office, this is a serious matter that needs to be looked into because while waiting in your so called drive thru (more like park thru) many customers could be heard complaining. This was not the first time we experienced slow service at this branch and this will definitely tarnish your brand name. I prefer Burger King anytime over its arch rivals which is just across the road in Lenasia but would always think twice to go to that store due to slow service. Let us try and do something at this store to improve the service instead of the manager on duty having to apologize all the time with no plan of action in rectifying the issue.
On 29 October 2015 at 19:30 i purchased a whole chicken meal from Jimmy Killer Grills Trade Route Mall branch. Having heard so much positives about their food i literally starved myself for most of the day wanting to taste their grilled chicken only to be disappointed and disgusted to what I found in the fancy box it was served in. I was so hungry that i ate one piece before we discovered that all the other pieces were still raw inside. I smelt the rest of the chicken and it was definitely old and expired. I called the immediately to complain and the manager on duty said that he assures me that the chicken was not expired. Wanting to speak to the owner of the outlet was not possible as none of the staff had his/her number and promised to get it the next day. Called the very next day and was given the run around. Finally I got the area managers number and guess what, he does not answer his phone as he let it ring 4 times then cuts the call. Thank You Jimmy's for the crap service you offer let alone the terrible food you sell. I will definitely not support you and will always tell people of my experience.
