I rented a movie, Fortress 2 on Box Office, from about 35mins left the movie streamed garbage for a couple of minutes, tried to log a call with DSTV and they don't accept that something is wrong with the movie. The service is appalling, tried to log a call, chat service is not working properly, and call centre most unhelpful.
Most appalling service and contact ability, cancelled service in Jan '22 and still receiving invoices despite providing proof of cancellation. Can't get hold of anyone. Will never deal with them again.
The most appalling service - low or no water pressure, no toilet paper, and absolutely no response from the owner to resolve issues, because she is not answering calls before 07h00 and also don't watch her phone. This business should not be allowed to trade since it simply steals money from uninformed guests, because of the fact that they are withholding information about the pathetic infrastructure at the location.
The issue was resolved within a matter of few days after I have raised the complaint with Hellopeter. Just sad that it had to go this far before I could receive service. Old Mutual need to find a better way to allow direct contact since the Call Centre simply doesn't work, and agents on the Call Centre just don't own a problem which cause serious reputational damage for the organization.
It is absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone at Old Mutual via published (website) Contact Email, for a disinvestment which is ongoing for the 3rd month. Service is absolutely appalling with occasional responses but no action. Claims are made about emails sent to me which I have not received, and I would have expected a phone call by now. They seem to be quick to collect money but dreadful in dealing with payouts and I will advise everyone not to go to Old Mutual if I compare the quick service I have received from four competitors I have requested changes and payouts from policies at the same time.
