Asked to decat my car, they charged me for it. I paid and got my car back, drove around and heard a tin noise, I took it elsewhere to check my exhaust. They damaged my whole exhaust with very bad welding and bad workmanship. It was leaking. I went there and told them I want my money back and they need to get someone else to do better work. It costed me double to end up fixing their mess as I don’t want them touching my car. They told me they don’t want to give me back my money and they happy with that work. This is not fair if they doing this to people’s cars.
So I went with evotel to install the fiber wires, I choose accelerit to install the modem and have the net up and running, evotel provided a service by telling us the day they will install and what time they would be there and all was done with great service. The day we asked evotel to install They were there within 5 days, but during those 5 days accelerit were suppose to debit the amount from our account within those 5 days, nothing was done. The fiber lines were installed and it’s been 4days waiting for them to deliver the modem and everyday they say it will be tomorrow and the next day comes and nothing gets done. Then they email us to install the fiber lines which were done and they knew about it. They lie on the phone saying the modem has been sent on the day but then the next day they call saying it was only done now etc etc....everyday is stories with them. They suppose to debit the account and now they asking for payment to be done. Services is very poor. If your fiber line is installed within 5 days I think the modem should be done the same day as evotel was corresponding with accelerit. Accelerit been making us wait extra days with excuses everyday. Very bad services would never recommend them, timing is bad and there stories are different everyday. No organization on there side they don’t even know what’s happening.
Our net has been down for 2 weeks, everyday we phone and they tell us a tech will be at our place to solve the problem & no one ever comes. Every time we call they say the problem is solved yet we have no net and no line. They keep saying the tech was at our place but no one has been here once, they always say the case is closed due to it being solved with different stories but nothing gets done. This is ridiculous as I need my net for work, I have spent so much data on my phone due to the lack of service from telkom. I pay every month for telkom and to have no net for 2 weeks is terrible service from them. I want my net solved ASAP i need to work. Reference number is 1554CRK091017
<p>fraud was done on my cheaque account, I followed procudures to stop the fraud and stop my card as a transaction was done on my account from a ref with Google. I emailed google all the information and they responded to say they have no information on that transaction. I reported this on Monday and the lady said they would call me in 3-4days, it's passed 3 days and on the 4th day. I called to get a response to say it was finalized, they money was in my account on Wednesday and taken out again on Thursday, the lady Sibongile said that the payment to Google was made to Google, but I emailed google and they said they could not pick up on that payment. Standards banks investigation is very poor on there side, it's a lot of money taken out of my account and now they decide to re-open it after I did there work, if it was done it was done from fraud as I have no accounts with Google. This is no joke this is people's hard earned money being taken out and standard bank do not assist us in any good manner to help and push this process sooner as I have accounts to pay for.</p>
My Iphone has fallen and broken and my upgrade is 1 May 2015, which is fine. But I asked for a earlier upgrade as I need a cell phone asap for running my business. I got told yes I can on Monday 20 April 2015, someone would call me before 5pm on Monday or Tuesday morning. It is now Friday and I have had no response and no one can help me as I have been to MTN stores at Stoneridge and got told to call 808. I have called 808 on Monday and every time I call 808 I sit for 20-30mins till someone answers. I just want service I need a phone and I need someone to call urgently or at least a call that was promised. The REF number is 126372916
