I have been dealing with Riette Richards at Pharmacy Direct for a long time now. Her service is exceptional, and she is never too busy to answer any questions, or to assist with any enquiry. She explains everything in the finest detail that we all understand, and are comfortable with the outcomes. Keep up the good work Riette, it is always such a pleasure to deal with you. :)
Telkom service overall is pathetic. It is really the worst company I ever had to deal with. Ive been trying since 22 October to upgrade my contract. Was battling doing it on the website, and with the call centre. I went to 3 Telkom shops to upgrade, but they also couldnt assist with the phone I wanted, however it is advertised in ALL the brochures and the website. Eventually I managed to upgrade with a very nice person from Telkom, and was advised that all is in good order and approved. I got another email to submit bank statements, a payslip, etc, which I did. Today on 21/11 I had to phone the call centre again to find out what is going on as I havent heard or received anything. I was told the specific phone I want is out of stock and they would advise when stock is available again. No wonder they are in such a terrible state as a company, because they dont have any customer satisfaction at all. Pathetic is not even the best word to describe this company.
We received excellent service from this company on Saturday when we took our caravan for a roadworthy test. After we left another centre earlier in the morning, we found this gem in our midst. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull. I asked some questions and were informed properly of the next steps and what needs to be done. Also we were referred to the online registration process to renew vehicle licenses. Thank you so so much for the time, effort, efficiency, and professionalism you show towards your customers. Your business is really a joy to walk into, so well organized, everything in its place and everyone knowing what their job is. Also, the person doing the roadworthy for us was very professional. You will always have a loyal customer in me, coming back every time. Keep up the good work.
We went to Dekra Automotive Centurion South branch on Saturday to get a roadworthy test for our caravan. Firstly if you walk in the office, the lady tells you to take a seat. There have been a few people sitting there already, I had to ask around who was next in the line. Absolutely no order at all. No structure, no client-service. Zero. The way that the branch is working should really change, as everything just looks chaotic. We left and went to a private centre at Menlyn. This was the second time at this branch that this happened. But hopefully and surely it wll be the last time we will visit. We will never ever recommend this branch to any prospective client.
Highly but highly unsatisfied with the service Im receiving. Since last year October Im trying to change my debit order details. After numerous calls to the call centre (because you are unable to resolve this on their whatsapp channel or self-service), Im still in the same situation. And when I emailed 180@telkom.co.za I was informed that it takes up to 3 months for bank changes to be activated???? Now Im 5 months down the line, and still no debit order was deducted for the end of February. Im billed for late payments, however I have to EFT my payment every month to avoid being suspended. I had to send bank statements of both my bank accounts to show that there was actually enough money in both accounts for the debit orders to go off. BUT, it was not deducted from their side. Really can they just get some competent people to work there!!!!!! Does anyone actually know what their job is there????

She always goes the extra mile and assists where she can and with patience. I am 75 years old and don't always understand medical accounts and terms, however she is always helpful.
