DISGUSTED BY THE SECURITY GUARD (UNHYGIENIC OF HIM
I'm in such disbelief n at the same time disgusted by the experience I got it's so shocking.... I was at PNP Wonderboom store on the 04/04/2024@15h40 to purchase few items. Didn't even purchase those items.. On my arrival there's two security guys buy the door right..... I had parcels as I was from no clothing n spar. What disgusted me was the the level of disrespect n unhygienic experience ever . The guys by the door insisted to close my package with the tape that he wanted to cut with his teeth like how on earth can you do that???? I tried calling the store numerous times as I left the store without even purchasing what I wanted as Im so disgusted I can't even think straight......you call the store no answer at all..

I purchased a 198 Ch...
I purchased a 198 Chest Freezer (6921727058331) on the 16/11/20 at 14:05 it defrost within 4 hours you'll find blood coming out from the lid that is in the bottom left corner... As I have purchased it know that chest freezer keep the items freezed for longer in this case it's a worse case scenario.. we've just purchased our yearly meat I got my qouter leg of a ***, lam and my chicken they all have a funny smell coz we have loadshedding n this item LOOSE ice very quickly... I really am frustrated by the product n will like to be reimbursed for my loos n I honestly don't think I'll keep this item

MANANGERS LIKE WALTER DESERVE MORE RECOGNITION I THANK HIM
Firstly a big thanks to the Area Manager Walter for following up highly appreciated... Moving to the store manager from Protea Gardens from the first day visited the store to resolving my complaint excellent service and she deserves to be rewarded as she goes an extra mile.. lastly very cool and friendly till operator(Busi) was expecting the worst she just referred me to the relevant people who tried to be difficult as cool as I was I told ithe dress t's still need to be taken (don't know where for further assessment) that I will not take hence I went straight to this platform for best results... After so many referrals lady of the moment finally came and wanted to refuse but I had my ducks on line.. Why must we suffer in the hands of the ones who are suppose to give us good service??? My query was resolved a big thanks to The Area Manager, Protea Gardens Mall Manager , Busi and The Church STREET STORE MANANGER.

NO COMMUNICATION UNPROFESSIONAL.
This is so unbelievably I track my parcel collected from WE BUY CARS SILVER LAKES TOY DESIGNATED only to find that it says DELIVERY FAILED.. COULDN'T REACH THE RECEIVER NO ONE CONTACTED ME NOTHING AND IM TOLD DELIVERY WILL BE DONE TODAY BEFORE 17H00 .. like really my first and last time using this courier I SWEAR.

Black meat packed underneath as fresh red meat is put to cover on top
Purchased meat today at around 8H15 this morning 27:04/2020. When arrived home I found that black meat was packed underneath and at the tod it was covered with fresh red meat, I put it on the oven it turned extra black.. Im so disappointed as I purchased meat worth 1100....
