Camaf won't let me leave the scheme
Camaf won't let me leave their scheme. Which is now putting me in a difficult position as I need to join Discovery given my change of employment. Such poor response rate and unhelpful consultants. Please avoid Camaf if possible.

Happy with their assist
After months of empty promises from Makro, these guys intervened and I received my refund within a month. Happy for their assistance.

Don't buy from Makro
I am still waiting for my refund 2 months now. I keep being told they are working on it every time I call - I've sent proof od account and ID through, but still no refund. I will not be buying from Makro ever again!!! And advise others to also stay away to avoid disappointment.

Awful service, *******
Please avoid this company. I bought student accommodation via them. They've ignored me, given me all the excuses and overcharged me. Please contact me on thandi_luv@yahoo.com if you've had similar experiences as I would like to put forward a complaint with the CPA and PPRA.

Santam is a joke
Second time I am trying to claim via my home policy. First time I Gave up and eventually called a locksmith who assisted me and gave us directions on what to do next - our electric gate wasn't closing and posed a huge security risk for us. However, Santam dragged their feet. This time around, there is a leak underground in my yard - we its been 7 hours since we lodged the claim - still no plumber or leak detector people from Santam. I definitely need to change insurers - Santam is a joke.
