Florida Junction.. We ordered food in store, first off we waited extremely long but we thought good food takes time to prepare.. We eventually receive our food but because we ordered from the counter we trusted all was in order so we left.. We literally stay around the corner from the store but when taking out the food I noticed the it was quite cold.. I warmed it up in the microwave and decided to eat it anyway.. My wife, kids and myself started getting painful stomach cramps 30mins after eating the poison they sold us.. My guess is they gave us old food that was perhaps cancelled or returned by someone else.. I urge everyone to stay clear of Mochachos Florida Junction, not sure about the rest of the branches but seems to me they care more about their bottom line over quality..
I had to write today to warn people that Mercedes Benz isn't what they appear to be.. For years I've been a loyal follower of the brand including their exploits in the Formula 1 arena. I believed that anything they produced was of the highest level and quality, I was sadly mistaken. One would think that spending over 700K on a vehicle will at the least earn you some peace of mind on the build quality but not when it comes to Mercedes. The headlight, which has the label "Mercedes high performance LED" get damaged by its very design. White marks on the inside of the headlight cover start to form from the heat that the daytime running lights generate, if you take it back to Mercedes they won't have it repaired or replaced, instead they hand you a bill which you'll be liable for. I was very disappointed to also see the window buttons break very easily and find out that the materials used are very cheaply constructed plastic clips which Mercedes won't repair or replace under warranty. I believe that the sums of money they charge don't justify the value you get out. I hope this experience could help people not make the same mistake, I lost R100K on the car I bought and will never make the mistake of buying another Mercedes again.

To give context to this experience, we own a Audi A1, 2015 model which is automatic (S Tronic).. We have been having problems with the vehicle "over reving" before 1st gear is engaged, this causes the car to roll back on an incline..

We recently took the vehicle to Audi for its annual service.. Before handing the vehicle over, I mentioned to the Service advisor that there was an issue with the car "over reving" when in first gear, more so that when you release the brake and start to accelerate the rev shoots upto 3000rpm before engaging 1st gear.. They said "we" would check it out and as the day went on, our Service advisor Ruan Vos gave my wife a called and said to her that they had compared the settings from a brand new model like ours and the settings were correct.. Once my wife had told me this I started thinking, did they actually drive the vehicle to replicate the issues I informed them of..? My guess was no, they did not, I further mentioned that the petrol was dropping rather fast, more than usual and I told them that it may be the over reving causing this.. The answer to that one was, did you know that the price of petrol went up..? I mean do we look like idiots or something..?

When we collected the vehicle, the Service advisor said there's nothing wrong with the vehicle and felt it best to explain what type of gearbox the vehicle is fitted with, as I didn't know..

A week after the service, we were on our way to work and the car starts over reving again, this time so much that a warning light appeared that stated the "Gearbox" was overheating.. Peak traffic and this piece of worthless tin is telling me to pull over.. How embarrassed we were, sitting in 2015 Audi broken down on a freeway.. Audi say they represent sporty dynamics, progressive technology and unsurpassed sophistication, I don't think so..

In my opinion, the clutch may be faulty on this wonderful S Tronic (DSG) gearbox they claim to have, which could be slipping and not engaging gears as it should..

I have a few friends and colleague with the Gti's and DSG gearboxes who all needed to have them replaced due to similar issues, how can't Audi learn from their mistakes..?

I feel now that I made a big mistake trading in a Mercedes Benz to buy a worthless piece of tin..

Even taking the actual vehicle out of the equation, the service you get from Audi is terrible, they don't care about you, I recall with our previous vehicle, we had an issue with the wiring of the brake light and Mercedes Benz offered us some coffee and one of their cars to use for the day.. That's service..

I will not suggest anyone buy an Audi.. It's an over priced Volkswagen..

I called Mercedes Benz Bryanston on the 2 November to request a replacement grill to be ordered.. The parts rep requested my VIN number to confirm the order of the correct grill and ordered the part accordingly.. I collected it the same day and fitted it later that day, upon fitting I found that the grill was the incorrect size for my car.. I returned to Mercedes Benz the next day with the grill and receipt to request a refund, the parts rep checked the grill and asked for my banking details which I then provided.. He advised that a refund would take between 3 to 5 business working days, this was advised the morning of the 3 November 2015, he took the grill from me and the receipt and gave me no reference for the transaction.. Today it's a week later (10 November 2015) and I've had no feedback, I tried calling into the parts department but got cut off every attempt.. The amount owing is R5000 which I can't ignore..
