Placed my first order through MeisterMarket.co.za, received no updates regarding the order status or when delivery will take place. Out of nowhere I received my order, but it was however short. As per the courier company they only received 2 out of the 3 packages. As per MeisterMarket the one parcel was damaged and could not be delivered want to add this info was only received after sending daily mails for weeks seeing that there is no contact number. I was promised a replacement and guess what, still waiting! Mails are now being ignored
So attempting to sell my vehicle via We Buy Cars, got an estimated price via the website. Rep contacted me and chatted, advised the vehicle has aftermarket accessories on which will be removed. "This will not affect the price". Had the physical inspection, insisted that two of the aftermarket parts need to remain in order to get the initial price, which I did not have a problem with. Two hours later the original price drops by 30k and the parts still need to stay on the vehicle. Now look I fully understand that aftermarket extras do not really add value to the vehicle, however do not make a first offer insisting that the accessories worth R 50k have to stay on the vehicle then drop the price later in the day...
Ghost South Africa... Vehicle has been fitted with a Ghost now for a while, even did the "upgrade" at Ghost SA/Planetron in March this year. Since the beginning of October vehicle has been going into limp mode, first trip to the manufacturer no faults found, second trip to the manufacturer fingers pointed at the Ghost unit, contacted Ghost and was told the unit had to be re-calibrated, did the same with the guidance from Ghost SA’s technician. Issue persisted, got a second opinion from Steve’s Auto Clinic who also ran diagnostics, pointed fingers to the Ghost Unit. Drove to Ghost after having to wait 3 days for an appointment, technician checked the car, checked the unit and found all to be in order, recalibrated and manually set the perimeters as he advised this was the reason for the vehicle going into limp mode. Vehicle has since been limp mode permanently, not being able to use the vehicle which effects my livelihood. Calls being screened by reception... Have a broken Ghost in my vehicle and literary being Ghosted by the people who made it worse...
*****sters to say the least. Quote came in significantly lower than the other quotes, seemed to good to be true and turns out it is. Paid a 50 % deposit for the work to be done as per original agreement. Payment was made on the 16th August and to date no equipment has been seen or installed. Samantha has been pushing for the payment of the outstanding amount, as they apparently have cash flow issues, this has been almost a month, where they don't have R 4,500.00 to be their supplier for our equipment, they are unwilling to provide their suppliers details. Just be carful out there..
Ordered a PS5 game and received a PS4 game, wrong product delivered. Processed a return, return collected and subsequently declined and concluded on the 14th December, stating one needs to refer to the latest email communication, yet no emails received regarding the return since the 12th December. Would have been nice to receive communication, and way forward or have I just donated money to Takealot?
Sooo, this wonderful company does not even deserve a star. We place an order beginning of October for a celebration which is due to take place in in February, being in logistics I feel a 5 month lead time for importing of goods should be enough, yet we cannot be given confirmation that the goods will arrive before February, help desk states the goods are airfreighted(which is usually 3 - 5 days from China) but no ETA's can be provided...
Customer Service is pathetic. Internet speeds ate pathetic, what is the point of paying for a service of you only get half of what you pay for!
After numerous calls, emails, complaints. Netstar is still unable to sort out a simple issue! Makes me wonder when my car gets ****** would you have competent staff to go out and look for it!
Bettersure Insurance, quite helpful when signing up for future assistance. A week and four emails later, no feedback received from Bettersure.. Rather stay away
Had a simple request for a transfer/new installation as I have sold my current vehicle. After battling to secure a fitment date with Netstar, requested for two units to be fitted to the new vehicle, back up unit up an running but the main unit no one can activate. Numerous calls made to customer service/product support. (CAS-6197025-R1W1, CAS-6198648-X9P2, CAS-6201264-F2S5). Have been on hold for 23 minutes for the second time today, then get cut off. Is there anyone competent enough to resolve the issue??
