My connection was vandalized. Logged a call and my connection was restored in record time.
**Have contacted helpdesk, but was of no help. I was contacted by a representative of Vodacom, (30 Nov if I am not mistaken), laying out migration packages on 3 phones. All were quoted on lower values, and I accepted. Now that I got the quotes emailed to me, I found that all are on higher values. Please cancel my migration on all phones.
I have 5 devices on contract with vodacom but it seems with every upgrade my accounts get messed up more and more. 1) I stopped getting my invoices (i need it for tax purposes) 2) 2 devices are now combined on one invoice instead of separate 3) one of the devices is a phone that my daughter use (and she is out of country) ,but it is set as the main device. When trying to get my invoice online from vodacom, it states that i am not the main account holder! ***!! - this has gone on for many years and phoning customer care just does not help
My last order was delivered minus on article as they had not enough stock without being credited. The R323.50 credit I had in my wallet disappeared about a week later.
I am trying very hard to upgrade Telkom contract. I know from all the phone calls that Telkom is trying to get hold of me, but when I answer the call is cut. I tried the online upgrade, but when I submit, the response is error 403.
This might be a little late but rather late than never. A section of my perimeter wall blew over late last year (Dec 2019). Unfortunately the replacement was rejected by my insurer (DiscoveryInsure). I contacted a few wall companies but Jaco of Exclusive Walls was quick to respond and came to my house in Birchleigh for a quote. Since I have already seen other (higher) prices on the net, I accepted the quote. The work was done in half a day and I was delighted with the outcome. The wall looks awesome.
>on 17 Sep 2019, I got a list of handled claims. One of them was a windshield chip repair to value of R3904.25 (done by PG glass Bonearo Park). I only noticed the amounts on the email much later.. >on 13 Dec 2019 Sent a mail to discovery insure to query this excessive amount. "It might be a bit late to query this but please advise what work was logged on claim 1950988. I did not know repairing a windshield chip was so expensive. It was done by PG Glass in Bonearo Park and the chip is still very visible. " I got no reply apart from automatic email confirmation. >on 13 Feb 2020, I re-sent the same query via email.. Still no communication from discovery insure. It seems the service providers can charge whatever they want, the issue is that I get charged higher premiums eventually.

I made the mistake of donating to "reach for a dream" a couple of years ago. Now I get spammed relentlessly by them and I cannot even unsubscribe as it takes you to a non existent site returning an error..
