we came in with our young infant kid who was excited to see the fish how we needed a place to keep his stroller we were blatantly refused assistance, and no one wanted to help store the stroller it's the small things that matter

I recently purchased a packet of Lays Lightly Salted chips. I was sad to find that most of the chips in the packet were burnt. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had such an experience. I felt that I should bring it to your attention once again as it is sad to experience this so often. I would appreciate it if the necessary steps could be taken in order to rectify this as it is unfortunate for loyal customers to be disappointed every time they open a packet of chips.
So under recent guidelines, these guys seem to be the law. I recently visited the store in Lenasia hoping to get some item to take home. I was allowed into the parking, asked to get a trolley and even got sanitised at the door. However, as I was about to enter the store i was told that I was not allowed to enter. I knew that I had a face guard covering so this was surprising. I was then told to wear a mask and a face guard as well. This was rather unsettling and I was told this was their instructions to all customers. I find this unacceptable as I was within the law but I was still not allowed into the store. Masks are rather difficult to wear for Asthmatic patients but this didn't seem to bother them. So i will be taking my business elsewhere as I went into the Pick & Pay and was allowed to do what I needed to do without a hassle.
We have been using One Plan for many years. These guys developed and built themselves into an amazing company. I can honestly say we were among the first to ever sign up with them. We have never had any issues and they are always will to help. We were luck to deal directly with Nasheel Ramsoochit as out main consultant. He is always ready to assist no matter the time. Their pricing structure and reasonable and I am always referring new client to them. Keep Up The Great Work Guys
These guys are completely useless. Imaging planning and engagement gift and then a birthday gift two weeks later. The idea of getting a special delivery is always exciting. However, these hopeless people disappointment twice in just two weeks now. I had a special day planned for my better half but with their terrible service nothing happened. I ordered her birthday gift two weeks ago and now on her birthday they have the audacity to say that they don'y have stock. My advise to anyone trying to use them, PLEASE DON'T. You will just be disappointed.
So I bought a mini max vacuum machine from these guys a few months ago thinking that I could use it for smaller jobs in the house. Little did I know that this was never going to happened. So apparently, this machine has a cut off switch if it used for too long. I supposed this is to protect the small motor. However, this one cuts off literally every 3 to 5 mins. We were not even able to vacuum one small rug in our lounge without the machine going off. So I took the machine and requested assistance as this was not acceptable. I requested a repair, replacement or refund. However, after 2 week the store called and said that I need to Pay R41 to replace the filter and the machine will work. A week later I collected the machine only to find he same problem. Again I went in to report the problem. This time I was told that head office will contact me. It has now been over a month and I still have,'t received nay feedback from them. These guys are really difficult to work with and I suggest people stay away from them. It has been over 2 months now, I don't have a machine and neither do I have a solution. So my advise is stay away from these guys. They are clever with their advertising but their product don't work as well as advertised.
I made an online reservation at the Belair hotel via their website. Upon arrival i was told that the booking was incorrect as it was for 4 adults and 1 child under 12. We told them that is was fine, however we were told that we would get a cot for the child ( how the hell can a 12 year old fit in a babies cot). We refused the conditions and told them to cancel the booking. We were then told to pay a 50% cancellation fee or pay an additional R300+ to upgrade the room. The manager and staff were very unhelpful and we were basically forced to stay at that terrible hotel. As a word of advice don't book with them as you will just end up spoiling your holiday. There are better hotels with better rates and you will have a better stay. As an additional note, on a previous stay my phone charger literally blew up and my phone was destroyed beyond repair. The hotel failed to claim responsibility and i was left without a phone. That's two bad experiences in two stays for those keeping count. I honestly hope people use this as a note to stay far away from these guys as this hotel and staff are terrible to deal with.<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM BELAIR HOTEL AND SUITES GUYS, STAY VERY FAR AWAY.
These guys are new on the block and they have a lot to still learn. I placed a return for a watch over 2 months ago , up until now I still haven't received any feedback. They are passing the buck around and have become really unprofessional. All I required is a refund as the watch broke within 1 day of use but they have taken over 2 months to process.<br> <br> A word of advise to anybody interested in buying from them, be sure your item is not going to be sent in a refund as you will certainly loose your money.<br> <br> They certainly lost a client in me.
The ATM machines at the Lenasia Signet Terrace branch have been malfunctioning lately. Every time you try to make a deposit, the machine is either not accepting deposits or it will not accept your notes. No matter how clean and crisp your notes might be, the machine keeps on refusing to accept it. If you then wish to try the old envelope deposit, you will be lucky to find the required envelope (assuming that the machine works).<br> <br> Furthermore, a few months ago I tried to withdraw some cash for my dad from the ATM and I was given less then I requested. I forgot the value but the amount came out all in R200 notes, but stuck in between these notes was a R100 note. As a result I was paid R100 short. I called the call center and reported the issue but have not received any feedback and as a result I miss placed the reference code and forgot about the issue until now.<br> <br> So as a warning to all Standard Bank clients using the Lenasia Signet Terrace branch, please be careful as the machines do not always work properly and you might end up loosing money like I did.
