Shocking service and customer care on 6 month old AF1. Earlier this month I politely sent a WhatsApp to this company to ask for assistance on a pair of AF1. The shoes are unraveling and in an attempt to get assistance, I have been sent the rudest messages of which I have proof. I’ve been accused of hiking, swimming and playing soccer in the sneakers. While I do know there is general wear and tear, but this is beyond poor quality. The owners of this business have no way of professionally dealing with customers or offering an amicable resolution. They’ve directly called me a “****py” customer. I’ve never been more appalled by such poor service. I’ve lodged a complaint with consumer SA too.
The takkies we ordered and paid for - Customised Air Force 1’s- the PAINT they used is peeing off. My daughter has had these for 2 weeks and hardly worn these. I await feedback from them as usual. I have photos of what they look like. I have emailed them and contacted via dm and WhatsApp but I suspect their number is inactive as I’ve tried to contact them to discuss. This kind of service cannot be tolerated and accepted. I have had the worst experience and will not keep quiet about it. Reviews are available in order for consumers to let others know what type of service or product was received. We cannot spend our hard earned money on this type of quality. This is just not okay
I ordered and paid for 2 items from this company. Delivery time 1-3 days as per their Instagram and endless messages between me and them. They then apologized as black Friday caused a hiccup and promised to deliver by last Friday. Still nothing. More empty promises as well as a tracking number for my package to be delivered by 2 December through Aramex SA still nothing. They have not refunded me and I have requested this now. They don’t answer calls and only Reply to WhatsApp or emails when they feel like it. Another company that must not be used. If I don’t get my full refund I will open a case of theft and fraud against them too.
The most shocking service! I have ordered an item that was paid for on 21/11 it was shipped via aramex and delivery date was 2 December yet overnight Costs were paid. After numerous phone calls, emails, dealing with their pathetic so called bot, messenger on fb and Instagram I am no closer to getting my parcel. The items in which cost me a lot of money. They don’t deliver instead they pretend packages are in transit and then they “escalate” it when an issue is raised only to say no feedback case closed. How can this be allowed to continue. People are losing money from a company who just steals and fraudulently claims to deliver parcels. You actually get zero stars. You should close your pathetic service down. I have a trail of emails and correspondence I’ve tried to get my package. I’ve even said I’d go and fetch it myself but the famous answer to that I’d due to covid I won’t be allowed to get it. I will open a case of theft and fraud against them
I bought tape in hair extensions through this company via my hairdresser who inserted them for me. This was done on 30 June 2017; within a couple of days I had extensions sliding out when I washed/brushed/handles my hair. I was told to use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and not to apply conditioner to the bonds which I did not do. I followed instructions to the letter. At one point within a couple of weeks (after having had gone back weekly and sometimes 2x week to have strands reinserted) I had a total of 14 doubles that came out! I emailed and expressed my concerns. I received a response with reasons why they may be coming out and discussed with my stylist. It became increasingly frustrating that the product advertised shows luscious hair stuck in with this magic tape that doesn’t detach easily and it’s so natural looking you can run your fingers through with ease and do any hairstyle you choose or desire! I’m sorry but this is absolute rubbish and false advertising because there is sticky residue that is on your hair causing your fingers or brush to get stuck, cannot wear a high pony or bun as the tapes are visible (yet they are “invisible”). Recently there was a post by them on their FB page about extensions done to which I commented and said they are beautiful just a pity it’s not what happens in reality. My comment was removed, I was removed off their FB page and blocked. SO petulant. I believe they should be able to take both positive and negative feedback but clearly this company cannot accept constructive real life experiences! I sent them another mail prior to my FB comment and I received a snotty response that my stylist was told to purchase their adhesive. This is absolute rubbish because I’ve never told them who my hair dresser is. These people are more worried about selling stuff that does NOT deliver what they advertise falsely! It’s cost me an untold fortune to purchase the hair as well as NUMEROUSE trips back and forth having them reinserted weekly. Shocking immature service that cannot accept constructive feedback. I’m disgusted!
