Epson service rating is '0' Purchased two printers through Incredible Connections. One printer still under warranty, was faulty. The procedure through Incredible Connections was quite good, and they sent it to Epson service for repair. Printer returned, with the same fault ... then the poor service begins. Telephone Epson Helpdesk - left holding for 10 minutes, then cut off. Called again, told a technician would call back. Half a day later no call back. Called again 3 times, no luck, cut off again. Printer problem unresolved. The Epson Helpdesk is a myth.
Momentum Health maintains that a Radiologist is NOT a 'Medical Doctor' Beware good paying members, when on tries to save money for oneself as well as Momentum Heaalth, one is punished by lunacy and arrogance. I submitted my International Travel Medical Questionnaire, signed by a specialist medical doctor, as I was in the practice having my annual scan. The doctor signed my form as required by Momentum, as he is well aware of my historical and present health history. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls later, one call cut off and did not call back, as I requested to speak to a manager. Questionnaire returned to me by email as not acceptable as the Specialist Medical Doctor was a Radiologist, and therefore NOT a 'MEDICAL DOCTOR' ! Request to speak to a manager, again refused. The fact that a specialist first qualifies as a GP, then studies further to specialise, disqualifies his medical competency ! When I complained about the expense and inconvenience for no good reason, cost of petrol, parking, my time and GP's bill of R500.00 to activate my medical cover whilst travelling, the 3rd consultant offered me R350 from a Health Platform Benefit (which most probably reduces my 'other' benefits). So MH is prepared to shelve out R350 from my benefits, plus make me pay over and above out of my pocket, and put me through unnecessary inconvenience, waisted time, additional expense, when my specialist doctor charged zero for a professional and competent assessment ! I recently consulted a financial advisor re an Annuity Policy through Momentum. Be sure, I will look for another alternative, as there is no logical or ethical explanation for this treatment
Unfortunately I have to click on a star to add a review. Please note that Smart Village are the worst company to deal with. They rate no stars, a totally useless and fraudulent set up in Cape Town. No response for fault logging - they send a number, six days later no response. Pretoria answers calls, but Cape Town ignores the instruction for a call out completely, so, intercom systems not working for months, wall pad units for exit and entry to building heat up in the sun and then fuse the electricity system. For deliveries to my apartment, or visitors, I have to ask them to call us for access. This situation has gone on for over a year. Emails are ignored, calls to technicians ignored. Emails to Cape Town management - ignored. Mtn you have bought a dud. But you have a responsibility to your clients.

Dishonest and Unprofessional They take your money up front, reckless damage property, promise to remedy, try to install taking short cuts, so that there is NO security, and then renege and disappear.
12 phone calls later, no one helps with missing shipment.<br> Put through to extensions, no answer.<br> Shipment was despatched on 16th March. One voice I got hold of promised to email - still waiting.<br> As of now, I still cannot get through to a person who will give me information.<br> They are a disgrace as an organisation.
