We had a few consultations but I was treated with respect. Claim was settled in a week and they were helpful with regards to documents that we had to provide, claim was settled to full amount after consulting with supervisor. Happy with the outcome.
Terrible. Same as all the other reviews. Placed an order. No response to emails. No communication and no product... As everyone else on this group order awaiting picking.

We took an Ethiolian airlines flight to canada and back to SA. They never put our luggage on the plain and end op on holiday with a 4 month old baby with no formula and clothes for my kids. On the flights we spesifically ask for bulk head seats on our booking 5 months in advance and had to fight each and every flight to get seating changed. It was an overall horrible experience. Still waiting to get refunded from the last carrier for delayed bags.
