Honestly the most sub par service I've ever received from a company, they vuma completed the Fibre installation on the 24th of December 2022, but today is the 1st of January 2023 and still no internet access, zero sense of urgency or willingness to even get the issue resolved, because vuma's Fibre & MWEB as an ISP is as good as a door stop. The fault was logged ages ago, it's going on 9 days of no internet access since they installed it, and it's no resolved. I would not recommend MWEB & Vuma to my worst enemy they logged this fault MWB22873188, but no one actually follows up or makes sure things get resolved, it's now a new year and the fibre was installed in December 2022 it's now January 2023 and still no resolution in sight
Honestly the worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with, they completed the Fibre installation on the 24th of December 2022, but today is the 1st of January 2023 and still no internet access, zero sense of urgency or willingness to even get the issue resolved, will get my Aunt to switch to uncapped LTE rather because vuma's Fibre Reach is as good as a door stop. The fault was logged ages ago (ISP1019407) still no resolution/fix
From quotation to installation, everything was professional and the service was great. Justin & Freedom who were doing the installation were neat & very friendly, their work is great quality... they really took pride in their work as the end result speaks for itself... I most definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting to install burgler Gaurds on their property.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, whenever you call needing legal assistance they do not answer or when they do actually answer they are unhelpful, I've been trying to cancel the policy for close to a weeks now, and they've been giving me the run around
I got a pool installed by them a few days ago at my new house, the titan 4mx3m. The quality of the work is good (at-least from what I've seen so far). The problem with them is they say one thing the one day, then the next do a complete U-Turn on what they had previously committed on. So the 1st issue was the piping that was under my garden where they were supposed to install the pool, their quote clearly states that they also cover plumbing, they started digging on a Wednesday, and they found pipes in my Garden, they confirmed that they will send a plumber to my premises the following week on Monday to move the pipes, which was fine. Then Monday came and some supervisor or I don't know what that idiot is came to my property to inspect (Think his name was Philip) and now all of a sudden they're saying I need to get my own plumber and they won't touch this plumbing. I ended up getting my own plumber to move the pipes and they continued. Next came the electrical for the Pool, which they did, but ended up sending me some bogus invoice for about R2700 for "additional cabling" the electrician did where as they charged me for installation in the initial invoice. But anyway after the installation of the Pool was done, there was alot of waste and rubble left outside my Yard which they said they'd remove, next thing I get a call from them saying I need to remove the rubble myself as they don't do that. All in all I think they are a very dishonest company and try to milk you for every cent you have. If I could go back in time I'd honestly use a different company, I will not be using them in future for any new pools on any of my new properties. ***I would not recommend Phoenix Pools to my worst enemy***
I've had a number of VW/Audi vehicles over the years.. I'm sure I've spent over 1.6 Million rands in past 5 years alone... I've had a 2010 Polo.. a 2015 Polo TSI... I've currently got a Golf 7 GTI which I bought back in 2016 and an Audi S3 I bought a few months back.. I took my GTI in at Hatfield VW Rivonia this morning they changed the brake pads on my GTI and did some other minor work on it... I also have an issue which I mentioned to them about the front light washer that had the cover fall off and it's not coming out anymore... noticed it last week... not sure when it fell off cause my wife uses the GTI alot now... I drive my S3 mostly... So the service advisor calls me and tells me "The part is covered by my maintenance plan but they can't claim on it cause it's an incomplete part cause I don't have the cover" where the hell would I get the cover I don't know where or when that thing fell off and my wife doesn't either just noticed it last week... So what's the point of a maintenance plan if when VW is supposed to maintain I get given hassles... and even worse my car was still covered under my maintenance plan it hadn't expired or come out... I extended my maintenance plan to 140Kms this morning before they started working on it.. Today alone I spent over 26K extending my maintenance plan on my GTI cause I still plan to keep it till the Golf 8 GTI hits SA... So now you're telling me that I must pay over 2K to get this light washer thing fixed out of pocket?????! I find that totally unacceptable and ridiculous! I did call VW SA in the morning and spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Junene that escalated the issue for me.. but she said it will take up to 48 hours. Hopefully this can get resolved and you guys can sort out my car soon... if not please can it clearly be communicate to me that VW/Audi no longer values me as a customer and no longer wants any of my money and I can sell these VW/Audi cars I have and switch to a different German manufacturer that will value me and not take my loyalty for granted! I mean I just spent 26K to extend my maintenance plan this morning... and now I need to spend 2K+ for something that should be covered under my maintenance plan?? Like really I feel you guys are giving me the biggest middle finger ever here!?
