The laptop is hardly a year in my possession but the hinges are detaching and the exterior has bad scratches, if it were mine only I'd understand but im the second person to experience this, the screen is even becoming blurry because its separating from the keyboard. Im really not happy with this product
Debonairs De deur has poor service and I have been been dealing with their nonsense for long, firstly they forget your drinks then bring them after an hour, then the other time when delivery was free they charged us and we are withing a close radius, today we order online and they don't deliver we wait 1 hour for the food, and when we call they answer and put the call back on the line
Their network doesnt cover our location anymore and they haven't been debiting my account I had to make payment every month now they decided to take money from account without permission and this is when I decided to cancel their subscription.
I reduced my amount at the beginning of June and they approved it for the 1st July, next thing 1st july they debit my account with the original amount not the reduced amount, but dont provide me with network I've sent countless messages on their dashboard and have recieved no response. They have no number to call on or direct message. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone
