Tafelberg Furnishers

Thanks to Tafelberg furnishers Bellville employee mr Edgar Lucas
Gratitude for helpful employee Edgar Lucas. We purchased a multifunction oven from Tafelberg furnishers Jan 2026, but the grill function stopped working. Mr Lucas organised pick-up as we are elderly and he organised a brand new oven from Defy. It was delivered within two days and I want to thank him for his patience, proffesionalism and diligence!

Bonitas Medical Fund

Forced by Bonitas to use a bad designated service provider!
Pharmacy Direct's incompitence with chronic medication delivery We are members of Bonitas Medical Aid Scheme and we are forced to get our chronic medication from Pharmacy Direct. Due to incompetency and a lack of correspondence I decided to rather get my chronic medication from my chemist and had to pay I think 40% penalty due to the fact that I did not go the Pharmacy Direct route. After a visit to the cardiologist my list of chronic medication was longer and I was forced to submit my prescription to Pharmacy Direct again. My husband also submitted a prescription for nasal drops (chronic) 20/3/25 to Itumeleng Sebotsa and asked for a confirmation email. To date I did not receive the nasal drops or a confirmation email. My husband sent another email to request cancellation of the prescription of Carvedilol as it did not agree with me.... in vain. On 27/3/2025 I received a delivery from Pharmacy Direct: 2 x Carvedilol ( which should have been cancelled and refunded to our chronic medication fund) and a request that the tablets should be collected. No reply, tablets are still here! Why should we run short of chronic funds due to negligence? I received double of all my chronic meds, except for the main prescription Pearinda, which I received only x1. My husband's email to Itumeleng: Subject: Fwd: Cancelation of Carvedilol 3,125mg medication for Mrs. R.A.M. Scheepers To: <***********> ATT: ITUMELENG SEBOTSA Good afternoon Itumeleng. I refer to my mail addressed for your attention on 27th ultimo. Will you now kindly adhere to my request and acknowledge receipt thereof. My wife also complained to me that she didn't receive the nasal drops as prescribed. Kindly also check what the delay is. Kind regards Anthony Scheepers From: Anthony Scheepers <***********> Date: Thu, 27 Mar 2025, 13:19 Subject: Fwd: Cancelation of Carvedilol 3,125mg medication for Mrs. R.A.M. Scheepers To: <***********> Cc: Anthony Scheepers <***********> Good day, I have canceled the prescription for Rubitrend Carvedol 7 March, but you are still sending the medication X 2??? Please collect the medication and refund our chronic account as soon as possible. Also note that my wife received double of every medication but not for Pearinda, the most important medication. Please inform me regarding what you are going to do. Regards, Anthony Scheepers This is unacceptable. If Bonitas Medical Aid wants to force us to use a designated service provider, they need to address the incompetency of such a provider and ensure that their members get the value of their very expensive membership fees. Chronic medication is a serious matter and should be treated as such!!!! My husband is the main member. Anthony Scheepers Bonitas Standard Select Med Aid number **********7 The main complaints are: No correspondence Ignored cancellation of chronic medication - we have to pay when chronic funds is depleted due to negligence! Ignored prescription of nasal drops. Penalty if I get the necessary meds and nasal drops from my pharmacy, which I am forced to do due to chronic sinusitis. This sucks. Regards, Rosa Scheepers

Executive Products anf the Healthy Cooker
We had a bad experience buying from this so-called invisible company which does not figure anywhere on the internet. James Truter who demonsrated this amazing German health cooker, air fryer, convection oven and much more by cooking a delicous meal (provided by them) in just 15 minutes, explained the idea behind it as 'creating jobs' or something in that line. A R500 cookbook in Afrikaans was promised if we purchased that day. My husband paid R10000 for this amazing device, using their banking gadget. A life time guarantee was promised as long as we keep the box. On delivery, however, we received a smaller, no-name brand machine with NO specifications, with only a six page printed manual which was written in poor English and hardly any instructions. Johan Carstens who is in charge of this team/owner? could or would not understand why the device should have specs? Legally every electrical device coming into SA must comply to the SAB standards and we have no idea what the wattage is of this device or whether it is safe to use. We received no cookbook, no receipt, no written guarantee, to date no specs of the device. No email, just a cell phone number. To cut the story short, the device is faulty and reach only 200°C instead of 260° . Communication on whatsapp was ignored but read, and eventually Johan agreed to bring a replacement after 9 May when they have new sock available. Communication after9 May was silent and no messages were responded to until we took matters further and opened a case of ***** against them. Johan yersterday phoned and insisted that the machine we received is legit and was quite abusive. Again he did not understand the 'spec' issue. I then told him we want our money back on which he disconnected. I'm writing this review and i hope that it will help someone else not to fall into this very expensive trap.

Satisfied with Vox LTE
I have done a lot of research on LTE deals, and reading the reviews is very important. Although there were some negative reviews for Vox, I chose to sign up with them, and I have no regrets. The speed is good, and If I need any info, I can contact Kyla, who is in our area. No regrets yet!
