This is an unequivocal case of deceit during daylight. Failure to respond to online orders is followed by an exorbitant 25% cancellation fee in the name of bank fees. I would not even recommend this service to my adversary. Shanna is the sale person.

VODACOM PORT DEPARTMENT
So, on Monday I started switching from FNB to Vodacom and it's been a total nightmare. Neither network is cooperating and even after 72 hours, the porting still hasn't gone through. Vodacom is now picking random future port dates without consulting you. Just a heads up, be cautious and avoid porting to Vodacom!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from Michanic. I booked a car service for last week Saturday and received a confirmation after making payment. However, on the day of the appointment, no one contacted me, and no one showed up. I waited the entire day without any communication from their side. When I followed up on Monday to request a refund, I was told it would take seven days to process. This is unacceptable—why should I wait a week for a refund when the payment was taken instantly? Avoid using Michanic if you don’t want to be disappointed

FNB Connect
I have made several attempts over the past 72 hours to contact the bank in order to port my number to Vodacom, but they have consistently failed to assist me. I’m frustrated and exhausted from repeatedly calling without any resolution. To make matters worse, I’m no longer receiving incoming calls. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend FNB for mobile services. Avoid using FNB for your call network needs.
