I ordered from this company. The website says it will ship the next day. They are in Cape Town. Up to now NO shipment and when I followed up they said they have to order the items first!! I’m near CT so should have received it by now so I let them know to save the trouble and cancel my order as it will arrive too late for my function. Now they say their orders can’t be cancelled!! Pathetic. If your website says you ship next day and you don’t you should refund whatever your system is. Apparently they havr bern foing bussiness since 1974. That’s more than 50 years of ****ming people out of their money. Do NOT buy from them!!
I ordered 2 pieces of the same fabric online. When it was delivered it looked totally different. On my invoice it it exactly the same description as it was on the website. One fabric was thin and smooth (what I wanted) and the other weavy and looked like maize leaves. I liked them both but as I urgently needed the smooth one, I contacted them to tell them about their mistake. After a week where I had to send pictures etc. they confirmed that their website was wrong and the wrong item sent but now I had to pay more to get the right fabric! I'm not going to pay for their mistake. To say that I can use it for something else is not an excuse. If you have made a mistake, you correct it immediately without asking money for your mistake. Sorry, I will never buy from them again.
What a pathetic lot! I booked a cruise through them. My email address change but they can’t change it so I can’t get notifications. Their virtual assistant and customer service say they don’t have authority to work on Cruises! I’ve decided to cancel as my deposit was deducted but now I can’t get help. I can’t cancel because you can’t do it on the app or online an nobody has authority to change an email or cancel a cruise.
I bought 25 silver Kruger coins at SASILVER beginning of April, paid and emailed my POP, received confirmation. Order will be dispatched 3-5 days after payment clearance. NOW, 17 days later no silver coins. I actually emailed them about their turnaround time and got the response of 3-5 days from "Paul" as I wanted to buy more than a few gold Kruger's. SO glad I didn't - waiting for a few hundreds of thousands worth of coins and not receiving it - I would have been in "Boksburg" by now getting it myself!! Please do not take a chance. It is just too stressful to work hard to make money to invest and then have to beg for your hard-spent-investment!! On Hellopeter I see that someone actually made a police case against him and it went to court!!! If I read this before I bought, I would have stayed clear of this. What a pickle!!
1 star is 1 too many. Companies who take your money without delivering the goods should not be allowed to trade online!!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MANICAA!! These people are criminals!! I ordered goods on 28/7/2020. My order was confirmed and I was promised delivery withing 7-15 working days. During August I received an email to tell me that one of the items I bought and paid for, was out of stock. The error was due to a faulty stock count. I replied immediately and asked for it to be substituted with something that was still available on their website. I followed up via email - no replies received up to date - 28/8/2020 Yesterday I followed up with a chat on their website. Waited ages for the agent who was supposed to be online to get started. Then I was told everything was now out of stock. I asked if I can substitute with something similar and was asked to send an email and this time it will be sorted out. Well, 1 day later - no email answered, no delivery of goods, no refund. NOTHING. This order is for more than R2500. This is a lot of money to me. I ordered these products for gifts. It was done well in advance. I'm still waiting. This should be removed from online sales - it is not fair to allow it to do bossiness!! Covid is not an excuse for taking people's hard earned money and not delivering the goods. Also, not for bad customer service. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is now 15 September 2020. I have taken screenshots of available items and asked for replacements. Still no refund and no delivery. I WANT the goods that I've ordered. I'm not accepting any excuses. I want the goods I've paid for MONTHS ago. No emails get answered, the online assistant can't help and nothing has been delivered. I'll keep complaining until my order has been delivered. I would give them ZERO stars. 1 is 100% too much for them.
