<div>DO NOT use this financial institution if you have a bad credit score. Yes they are fast and efficient, however, you need to pay in HUGE amounts of money (which they only disclose AFTER sending you a letter of approval). They also set up an offshore account with the loan amount in it WITHOUT your consent. When trying to access the offshore account to access the funds, you are AGAIN expected to pay a ridiculous amount of money in order for them to send you a code to access the funds!! How would anyone applying for a loan have for example, R10 000 cash to pay to DCD if said person is in need of financial assistance? Please make this all make sense??</div>
First and foremost, Alexander Forbes are 1 million times worse than getting through to SARS or any other institution!! It took me 20 minutes and 5 calls later only to be told the exact same thing 3 weeks in a row. Secondly, I submitted the requested documentation on 28 June 2024 and to date...nothing has been done!!! Does anyone there know how long 6-8 weeks is??? Apparently that is supposed to be the turn-around-time??? So now we again wait for "someone" to wake up and do the job that they are being paid to do. Alexander Forbes....I truly expected more from your institution. Not sure why such an "acclaimed" company such as yours employs *********** people!!! And no, I am not a disgruntled person waiting for my portion of a two pot pension claim. I am just someone who values giving customers the Best service and expecting the same in return!
Myself and my spouse went to Steers Gordons Bay at approximately 8pm on Sunday evening 29 November 2015. We order 2 combo meals and a kiddies meal. Our order number was 237 and there were about 2 other orders before ours....however, 20mins later when we enquired about our order because by then they were already calling out number 242, we were told \they are busy with it now!"<br> 30mins passed and still nothing....no apology from the Manager (who by the way was on Duty in the front).<br> 45mins passed and I noticed that they were totally confused about our \""simple/straightforward\"" order....eventually"
I commend the staff at MHG Oncology dept. ALL the ladies in Oncology are efficient, friendly and absolutely awesome to deal with telephonically. I deal with so many medical aid fund administrators but MHG Oncology dept is by far thee best!! <br> Well done ladies! You gals ROCK!!
