In January I was Called By An Agent From Nudebt Management Asking To Settle My Telkom Account Which Ididnt Have A Problem We Calculated The Amount With The Lady Which I Forgot Her Name And IPromise To Settle My Account Within 6Months And We Calculated The Amount Which Was R4920 And I promise To Pay R820 For 6 Months Which I Did Beginning Of June Agent Called Me Again Informing Me About The Outstanding Which Was R1200 And Some Change I Disagree Woth The Agent And I Asked Him To Ask His/Her Teamleader To Contact Me Which Its Never Happen Last In June I Did My Final Payment Last Week An Agent By The Name Called Advising About The Outstanding I Ask To Speak To A Supervisor/Team Leader Delan Who He Advise Me He Cant Get Me The Call Recording For January Which He Refuse To Give It To Me All Im Asking For Is My Call Recording I Dont Mind Paying Telkom But I Dont Want To Be Robbed

<p>on friday i made a notice of withdrawal on my investment account and on sa****ay i found out that the money was taken by checksave supermarkets due to that they had a system probelm when i made a payment last month i phone call center and i spoke to gugu who was very rude to me i was trying to make the reversal..iv never recieve such a bed attitude by an agent she was telling me i took the grocery so thats why they took the money the agent was very rude and i ask her where does its fit in that i took the grocery yes i took it becouse i payed for it the agent went out of tte topic and she couldnt help me she was very rude to me.she was suppose to advise me that they cant reverse it thets all i was very disappointed about the service i recieve from the agent</p>
i phone nedbank yesterday to advice them not to debit on my account since i had the same problem three month ago i spoke to gerald yesterday and he advise me athat if they do debit i must phone in the morning to reverse the money i did that i phone personal loan this morning and ask them to reverse my money since i need it to pay my school fees toady they advise me that money t will be reversed with 7 working days which i cant wait for so many days and closing date is tomorrow i spoke to Nicole who hang up on me while i was still waiting for her to give me my reference number i call again i spoke to Lorenzo who gave me my reference number 2165028 he advice me with turn around time i ask to speak to a team leader he transferred me to phumla who was rude to me and he hang up while i was explaining i phone again i spoke to samkelo and i ask him to put me through to his team leader he placed me on hold for 20 minutes he never came back i hang up the egents are so rude they dont know how to speak to customers please asisst me im realy desparate
